Improvement Of YP11A Packing Machine Glue Spraying System

With the continuous expansion of the market demand of tobacco industry enterprises,tobacco factories have higher requirements on the operation speed and quality of the cigarette box.YP11 A sealing machine,as the main type in China,has problems such as hot melt adhesive nozzle easy to block and nozzle cleaning time.In view of the above problems,how to make the packaging machine in the high-speed operation process to maintain good performance is particularly important.The main contents of this paper are as follows:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the use of YP11 A sealing machine,such as easy blockage of the nozzle,through comparative analysis and field test,on the premise of ensuring that the smoke box meets the requirements of process quality,the number of spray glue was determined,and the program was optimized by using simatic manager step7 software.Aiming at the problem of long cleaning time of the nozzle,the manual dynamic spray adhesive function system was optimized from two aspects of hardware and software,in terms of hardware,the buttons of the original machine are improved to achieve "one-button dual-use";in terms of software,PLC program and configuration are added,and PLC control and ipc interface operation are realized.Through the selection of a YP11 A type packaging machine for testing and verification,after the program modification,setting up configuration button,physical connection and so on,the test results are analyzed and explained,the results verify the effectiveness of the above improvement,finally,the economic benefits obtained after improvement are evaluated.
