In the interference assembly,the motorcycle engine crankshaft mostly uses the press-in method to complete the assembly,and the press-in method is likely to cause certain damage to the crankcase body during the press-fitting process,so that the fit fails.Hot assembly is a common assembly method in interference assembly.It uses the principle of thermal expansion and contraction to achieve non-destructive assembly.However,because of the high cost of heating equipment such as heating furnaces and heating boxes,it is not easy to realize automation and other limitations.Assembly technology has never been widely used in the assembly production of motorcycle engine crankshafts.The high frequency induction heating power supply has the advantages of small size and high heating efficiency,so that it has a certain application space in the hot assembly of the crankshaft,and the application of the high frequency induction heating power supply in the interference assembly is not much researched,and there are few application cases.Therefore,the research and development of crankshaft automatic hot-fitting equipment based on high-frequency induction heating power have important research significance and practical value.This article takes motorcycle engine crankshaft assembly as the research object,and develops and designs a crankshaft automatic heating assembly equipment.For the crankshaft assembly work of a certain type of crankcase,the typical thermal assembly technology is numerically simulated by the finite element analysis method to determine the high-frequency induction heating scheme,and the effect of product parameters on the heating effect is further studied,and finally the crankshaft automatic heating is completed.The mechanical structure design and control system design of the equipment are installed to deal with the problems of product damage and low production efficiency of the press-in method.The specific work content of this article is as follows:(1)Taking the hot assembly of a certain type of product as the research object,according to the design ideas and design requirements,the overall scheme design of the automatic hot assembly equipment of the crankshaft is selected,the typical heating technology is selected to perform Workbench finite element analysis,and the various methods are synthesized By comparison,the heating scheme based on high-frequency induction heating was determined,and the influence of product parameters on it was analyzed and studied.In order to ensure the reasonable and effective equipment,multiple schemes were adopted to determine the automatic feeding,automatic heating and automatic assembly schemes.,And finally realize the design of the whole machine.(2)According to the plan design,the design and planning of the whole machine structure are completed.The design of the main components and devices is carried out from the feeding module,the heating module and the assembly module,and the corresponding fixtures,positioning and movement of each module are determined.The process finally realized the design of the mechanical part of the whole machine.(3)In terms of control,developed a control system based on IPC+PLC,completed the selection of PLC,IPC,sensor and other devices and the communication and connection between various hardware;according to the work process,completed using STEP7 The main program,manual mode and other auxiliary programs of Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC are compiled to realize its motion control function as the lower computer;the upper computer IPC uses WinCC configuration software to design the interface,including the login interface,control interface,The parameter modification interface provides an intuitive and user-friendly operation interface for staff.In summary,this paper achieves the research goal of high-frequency induction heating power supply application in crankshaft assembly,and further studies the effect of product parameters on the effect of high-frequency induction heating,and completes the design task of automatic hot-install equipment for crankshafts.The heating power supply provides case guidance in hot assembly production and has certain reference value.
