Polyethylene terephthalate is a commonly used, most productive thermoplastic resin with good mechanical properties and mechanical properties, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, dimensional stability, etc.,in bottles, films,It is widely used in the fields of fiber, medical and construction.Graphene oxide is used as an oxide of graphene.Compared with graphene, the conjugated structure is destroyed during oxidation,no longer has conductive properties, and mechanical properties are greatly reduced, but it is precisely because of epoxy groups, carboxyl groups, and hydroxyl groups. The presence of an oxygen-containing functional group imparts good dispersibility and hydrophilicity to the graphene oxide. The hydrophilic to hydrophobic nature of graphene oxide from edge to center makes the presence of graphene oxide as a surfactant. In this paper, graphene oxide is added as a modifier to the polyester. The modifiers are added at 0,10ppm,100ppm and 1000ppm respectively. On the basis of one-time feeding, the esterification and polycondensation are achieved in the same reaction through the switching of the valve. The kettle is carried out,and after the two reaction processes of esterification polycondensation, the polyester melt is discharged from the outlet port of the polymerization vessel. The polyester melt was formed into a polyester chip by casting, cooling and pelletizing, and then pre-crystallized using a 70 L drum thickening device, and the pre-crystallization temperature was 120?.The pre-crystallized sections were tested and tested.A series of tests were carried out on the modified samples to characterize the thermal stability, structure, rheological properties, isothermal crystallization properties and non-isothermal crystallization properties,as well as the effect of the addition of the modifier graphene oxide on the structure and properties of the polyester. The main conclusions are as follows:1.The addition of the modifier did not change the crystal structure of the polyester;the addition of the modifier caused the characteristic viscosity of the polyester to be slightly lowered. The addition of the modifier graphene oxide did not change the segment structure of the polyester, nor did it form a new chemical bond. However,at 727 cm-1 and 1724 cm-1,the intensity of the peak increased significantly. Therefore, the addition of graphene oxide forms a new functional group, but improves the binding property to the polyester.2.With the addition of graphene oxide in the experimental range, the weight loss rate of the modified samples was less than that of pure polyester in the processing temperature range, and the thermal stability of the modified samples was better than that of the pure polyester.Pure polyester,ie,graphene oxide, increases the processing stability of the polyester;the modifier graphene oxide is well dispersed in the polyester.3.Adding modifiers with mass fractions of 10 ppm and 100 ppm,the melting points of the modified samples are increased by 5.3 ? and 5.6? respectively. When the modifier content reaches 1000 ppm,the melting point of the sample is slightly reduced. Both the initial crystallization temperature T0 and the crystallinity Xc increased. The crystallinity increased by 15.3%and 16.9%,respectively.When the modifier content is increased to 1000 ppm,the crystallinity is lowered by about 1.2%,so that the addition amount of the modifier can be controlled to increase the crystallinity.
