| Aviation security officers are unique occupational jobs of China.It is not only the basis for the operation and benefit of aviation enterprises,but also the source of personal safety and property security for passengers on board.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct job satisfaction research on this occupational group.This paper uses four research methods,including interviews,literature search methods,questionnaires and statistical methods.In the process of mixing the use of numerous research methods,were investigated in this work satisfaction,professional groups by way of theory with practice.The main contents of this paper are as follows: First,the background and significance made an exposition,summary about literature.Definition of relevant concepts,introduces the basic theory of job satisfaction and satisfaction measurement tool commonly used.The status and problems of NF Company and the company’s aviation security officers were stated.Through interviews and literature study concluded that five factors affecting job satisfaction of the group,to develop a questionnaire to investigate the company’s aviation security officer job satisfaction.Use SPSS software for data collection of descriptive,correlation analysis,come to the conclusion: Differences personal factors will lead to a different job satisfaction aviation security officer;Even the same task that the same aviation security officer accepts in different environments can affect job satisfaction.Finally,according to the findings of the theoretical basis of the actual situation and the group of workers,we put forward the following five areas to enhance the company’s aviation security officer NF job satisfaction: First,optimize working conditions,strengthen cultural construction,and improve working environment;Second is to improve salary management,implement effective incentives,and pay attention to work returns;Third is to improve performance appraisal system,improve staff motivation;Fourth is people-centered,attention to staff career development;Fifth is to improve rules and regulations,increase management elimination mechanism,and improve management capabilities. |
