Security is a prerequisite and eternal theme for the existence of the civil aviation industry, it is also prerequisite for the development of civil aviation transport market. However, when criminal acts have occurred in the destruction of civil airports worldwide, normal management order, world peace and stability, safety of people and the development of the aviation industry have caused a huge threat to life and property. Chinese civil aviation airports are also faced with a variety of forces and the potential threat of terrorism and other criminal elements of instability in the face of increasingly globalized, complex, technological threats. The effects and significance to establish an effective aviation security management system to ensure the safety of civil aviation are showing and make prominent. SZT trunk airport is one of the most important and busiest airports and one of the hub airports in northern China. In order to achieve China Civil Aviation Administration’s requirements to build the security management system within the scope of civil aviation, to make sure airports’ operation have effective management systems escorted, to achieve a win-win profits and safety, according to the actual situation, SZT Airport needs to build a sets of suitable aviation security management system on the above of the trend of the times.This paper analyzes industry background and current situation as a starting point, elaborates the significance of establishing aviation security management system (SeMS) to civil aviation airports, describes aviation security management system’s related profiles, indicates the theoretical basis of SZT airport aviation security management system’s construction, operating mechanism and contains elements, provides valuable comments and questions about all aspects of face-depth discussions during the actual running of the SZT airport aviation security managements and gives appropriate advice and recommendations from purpose designed to meet the CAAC’s requirements for the establishment and operation of aviation security management system.
