With the development of economy,as an industry closely related to daily life,steel pipe profiles are widely used in construction,animal husbandry,sports fitness and rehabilitation equipment and other industries.In particular,the intersecting structure of pipe fittings is more and more favored by architectural designers for its stability of structure,aesthetic appearance and environmental protection of materials.Blanking of pipe material is a kind of machining method often used in plastic machining of metal sheet material.At present,most of the domestic double-intersecting line blanking equipment adopt the traditional blanking production form,resulting in low precision and low production efficiency of the products produced,which brings great inconvenience to the subsequent assembly process.Therefore,the research and development of a high-efficiency pipe dual phase line one-time forming automation equipment with independent intellectual property rights,which organically combines the traditional steel pipe production line and its transmission system automation,and welding with welding robot can greatly improve the production quality and efficiency of pipe cross structure.With the development of economy,profiles,especially steel pipe profiles,as an industry closely related to daily life,are widely used in construction,animal husbandry,sports fitness and rehabilitation equipment and other industries.Especially the tubular structure,with its stability of structure,beautiful appearance and environmental protection of materials,is more and more favored by architectural designers.Tube blanking is a kind of processing method which is often used in plastic processing of sheet metal.At present,most of the domestic double-phase intersecting line blanking equipment manufacturers adopt the traditional blanking production form,resulting in the low precision of products,low production efficiency,and great inconvenience for the subsequent assembly process.Therefore,the research and development of the automatic equipment for the one-time forming of the double-intersecting line of pipe with independent intellectual property rights,which combines the automation of the traditional steel pipe production line with its transmission system,and the welding robot can greatly improve the production quality and efficiency of the intersecting structure of pipe.Paper based on the short pipe quasi bipolar penetration blanking process,a detailed analysis to determine the short pipe quasi bipolar line design requirements of automatic cutting equipment,general layout and main technical parameters and so on indicators,according to the functional requirements to determine pipe automatic feeding,automatic cutting,automatic blanking integrated overall design scheme of intelligent automatic integration equipment,three-dimensional model is established,and the various modules are expounded in detail.The blanking curve of quasi-intersecting line of short circular pipe and elbow pipe was extracted,the composite blanking mold was precisely designed,and the blanking process of quasi-intersecting line of short circular pipe was simulated by means of DEFORM finite element simulation software.The change of stress and strain,material flow and the relationship between punching force and punch stroke were analyzed.The relationship between blanking clearance,blanking speed,blanking force and blanking quality was studied to find the optimal blanking parameters.The four-way component is a welding component that the short round pipe and elbow are connected by welding after punching.In order to improve the welding quality and efficiency,the welding robot is introduced for welding,and a simple prototype of the four-way component fixture is manufactured for welding test.Through the experiment,the deficiencies of the welding path and fixture are found,the welding path is optimized and the fixture that meets the requirements is designed.Build a double station four-way assembly welding production line.The research content of this subject can provide methods for the research and development of automatic tube blanking equipment,and provide a theoretical basis for the research on the precision design of the mold of such equipment,which is helpful to improve the punching and cutting production quality of double-intersecting line of pipe,provide better service for the next step,and reduce the production cost.The design of the fixture and the planned welding path also effectively improve the welding efficiency and welding quality of the cross components,and save the production cost.
