As a new manufacturing method,additive manufacturing technology can realize the processing and molding of ceramic materials.For the additive manufacturing of ceramic materials with high solid phase mass fraction,there are problems of poor reliability of the production process and low yield of ceramic products,which limit the small-scale application of additive manufacturing in the field of ceramic materials.Based on that,on the basis of additive manufacturing,the research and development of ceramic direct ink writing equipment and its application research were carried out.With the aid of computer-aided design,ceramic materials can be customized with high precision without molds.Firstly,the existing ceramic materials forming methods in the field of additive manufacturing are analyzed,and ceramic direct ink writing technology is adopted.Considering the application scenarios of ceramic additive manufacturing equipment,a modular XYZ motion platform was designed.Aiming at the problem of difficult forming of high-solid-mass ceramic fluids,a composite extrusion mechanism of air pressure and screw extrusion was developed to achieve stable and controllable extrusion of ceramic materials.Then,according to the characteristics of ceramic additive manufacturing,a sweeping-based ceramic printing model modeling method was proposed.By collecting the mouse input curve,the contour line and the sweep line were obtained.The user only needs to input three curves to complete the multi-degree-of freedom ceramic modeling,and this article uses the arithmetic average filtering algorithm and self-intersection detection to get the final ceramic printing model.Finally,according to the generated ceramic print model,the ceramic print path is directly generated.A collision detection algorithm with height difference constraint and an adaptive tilt flow control extrusion algorithm are proposed.In this research,an integrated modeling and printing interactive tool for ceramic additive manufacturing modeling and printing was developed,and the effects of the modeling and printing molding were verified through multiple sets of input curves.
