With the sharp increase in the planting area of red dates in Xinjiang in recent years,about 1.5 to 2million tons of stumps are produced each year after pruning.At present,the treatment of residual branches mainly uses incineration or direct firewood,which is harmful to the environment and a huge waste of jujube resources.The purpose of this paper is to crush the residual branches of red dates,and to study the physical characteristics of the residual branches of red dates.Based on the study of the physical characteristics of the residual branches,the structural design and optimization of the main components of the residual branches crusher were provided,which provided a theoretical basis for the development of the red date residual branches crusher.The following is the main research content of this article:(1)Taking the jujube tree branch aged 5 years to 20 years as the research object,the physical and chemical properties of the jujube were analyzed from the morphology,density,moisture content,and chemical composition.The results showed that the length was basically distributed between 30 cm and60cm;the upper and lower diameters fluctuated Larger;the three-section microstructure shows different microscopic morphology,and the cell wall exhibits stronger toughness when damaged by force;the average moisture content is significantly lower than the moisture content of other tree branches;the average density is higher than that of common tree branches density.(2)Taking six-year-old gray jujube stumps as the research object,the research results show that the red jujube stumps are anisotropic materials,and the stress-strain constitutive relations in the elastic section are in accordance with Hooke’s law.The average compressive elastic modulus is 744.54 MPa,the average transverse compressive elastic modulus is 150.29 MPa,the average flexural modulus is 21.37MPa;the average shear modulus is 24.26 MPa.There is a positive correlation between polynomial function and compressive strength between the squeezed compressive work of red jujube stumps and an exponential function between the horizontal compressive work and compressive strength.The density of red jujube stumps is positively correlated with polynomial function between flexural strength and shear strength,and the water content is negatively correlated with polynomial function with flexural strength,and negatively correlated with power function with shear strength.(3)The actual stress analysis of the residual branch crushing process shows that the residual branch is mainly bending deformation,and the main factors of bending force are clarified: support spacing,drying time,loading rate,based on the above analysis,the red date residual branch The three-factor and three-level optimization test of bending performance shows that: the interaction between the loading rate and the distance between the supports and the quadratic term of the loading rate have a significant effect on the peak bending force;the interaction between the drying time and the loading rate,the drying time It has a significant effect on the peak bending force;through the interaction study,the regression model between each single factor and the response value and the regression model of the three factor interaction are fitted;the three factor indicators are analyzed with the goal of saving energy consumption of jujube branch crushing For the impact on energy consumption,the best parameter combination between the lowest working energy consumption and the highest working efficiency is obtained.(4)Design and optimization of the main mechanism of the pulverizer based on the physical characteristics of red jujube branches.The first-level crushing device is optimally designed as a toothed roller counter-roller mechanism.The device is vertically dropped as a feeding method,and horizontal grain compression is used as a destruction method,which avoids the problems of difficulty in picking up lateral feeding and excessive energy consumption for bending damage;Optimize the arrangement of the movingknife on the main shaft,choose the double spiral cutter arrangement,effectively reduce the vibration and power loss of the unit,and improve the work efficiency;design the discharge ports on both sides to ensure that the crushed materials can be discharged in time to avoid the occurrence of The circulation layer increases power consumption and causes blockage;the static analysis and modal analysis of the main shaft are carried out using ANSYS software,which verifies that the main shaft will not generate resonance phenomenon during the work,and the main shaft material selection and structural design meet the work requirements.
