It must be considered a variety of factor when we make over the crushing technological process. And one of the important factor is to confirm the justified and finally particles size of the crushing production, it is directly effect on the capacity of mill and the synthetic electricity cost. This article introduced the physical characteristic of Fankou Land—Zinc ore and crushing technological process structure of FanKou plant, and the fault of process structure has been find out. In order to find out the optimum economic crushing particle size, the work index of crushing and grinding have been obtain by through the test work . the relation between the feed fineness of mill to the synthetic electricity consumption of crushing and grinding have been developed in this paper.Finally, the technique reconstruct design proposal of crushing work-shop is develop by word of collating the Fankou Lead-Zinc mine productive condition and premise. By using the design theory of CA Rowland and Tail, A proposal will improve the grind process and the synthetic economic effect, and the marketplace competitiveness of Fankou Lead—Zinc mine will be improved.
