Some station remote associated gas recovery is difficult,but I can't waste recycling associated gas will cause damage to the environment resources,therefore the proposed use of oil and associated gas in a manner of pipeline conveying oilfield associated gas recovery in the oil and gas mixing technology is crucial in the process of oil and gas mixing lose,mix the multiphase flow pipeline flow is complicated in oil and gas on the implementation of the more difficult in the study of multiphase flow two hydraulic and thermodynamic calculation is very important,so this paper mainly studies the liquid rate the content of the pressure drop of the temperature drop factors,for the back of the applicability analysis and reengineering the process calculation and lay the foundationIn this paper,using OLGA software to the steady state simulation of oil-gas mixture pipeline,analyzes the changes of the pressure drop and the liquid holdup,and the pressure drop and the liquid holdup calculation of the new combination model BBEB programming and BMB,will find BBEB error is less than the results of the liquid holdup calculation BMB,but BMB have higher calculation accuracy of pressure finally considering factors affecting the effect of the liquid holdup and pressure,using SPSS software fitting out on influence factors of the liquid holdup calculation formula of pressure.Programming for the temperature drop is calculated with two methods: method into account a joule Thomson effect of gas and liquid friction heat generating method will replace the liquid holdup to quality gas rate to calculate the heat and the mixture of oil and gas water using OLGA software for simulating blended transportation pipeline of oil and gas,and it is concluded that gas oil crude oil throughput than the entrance temperature effect on temperature drop.OLGA software was used to conduct transient simulation of pipeline slug flow,analyze the characteristics of pipeline slug flow under different gas-oil ratios and where pipeline terrain changes dramatically,and analyze slug control.Considering the medium temperature of fluid volume volume pump pressure.all medium viscosity than the scope of application,such as oil and gas based on the influence of parameters on pump performance,considering the quality of the pump performance and operating factors,such as after-sales service four selected pump scheme is presented in this evaluation index system to evaluate the selected scheme,finally determined to be 2 W.W series twin-screw mixing pumps,through the analysis of the characteristics of the different regional associated gas pressurization point for crude oil and associated gas on the oil and gas mixing process,the process flow of pipeline booster station starting point.
