Cyclone Desander has a high economic efficiency,energy saving,strong continuity,fixed,and the advantages of small volume occupies,is currently the most widely used desanding equipment in the oil and gas production,through the role of gravity and centrifugal force to remove impurities such as natural gas in the sand from the wellhead,avoiding the impurity destruction of the whole mining gas system,guarantee the stability of continuous production.The discharge methods of the swirling desander can be divided into two types: continuous discharge and intermittent discharge.Intermittent discharge sand is sand at the bottom of the hydrocyclone desander to install the sand barrel,set will be isolated from the sand or sand mixture,emissions stored in sand barrels,when set in sand sand bucket,the higher,closed desander entry line,empty set sand bucket inside the flow of fluid,set sand bucket of sand commonly used hydraulic sand washing way,due to the current production often set sand bucket sand sticking or rows sand pipeline blockage caused by sand not completely desander work which affects production problems,this article in view of the present set of sand bucket of sand problem analysis to hydraulic sand washing system,and puts forward some Suggestions to provide theoretical basis for practical production.In this paper,CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)technology research set sand bucket hydraulic sand washing work,using FLUENT software respectively within the desander on gas-solid separation desanding process and set within the sand barrel through hydraulic calculation of numerical simulation for the process line of sand,the sand sets in sand bucket,the height of desander influence separation efficiency,sand at the bottom of the barrel of cone bottom structure,sand washing line and sand production line of sand on the valve installation position within the collection of sand bucket hydraulic sand washing effect,specific content is as follows;(1)Determine the sand discharge time.In the working process of the hydrocyclone desander,hydrocyclone separating sand flow tube into the set out by the below sand barrels,when set within the sand barrel level rises gradually,cone bucket type cyclone desander internal flow field changes,corresponding to different sets of sand sand barrel for high and low,desanding geometry model,simulation from set in sand sand bucket,the rise of cone drum type cyclone desander in addition to the effects of the sand to avoid is in effect on the efficiency desander,set when the startup hydraulic sand washing in sand sand bucket,the height;(2)Design of conical structure at the bottom of sand collecting barrel.In order to ensure the collection of sand sand bucket hydraulic sand washing process easier to discharge,collection of sand at the bottom of the barrel is often design as the conical structure docking sand production line,at the bottom of the cone structure change,can affect the collection of sand bucket of sand accumulation within the state and the sand out of the starting velocity and so on,according to a set of sand at the bottom of the barrel of the bottom of the cone Angle is different,different geometric model is set up,using the FLUENT software to simulate software liquid-solid two-phase hydraulic sand washing process,contrast and sand washing effect under different conditions,and get the most reasonable,the bottom of the cone Angle of sand barrels of cone bottom structure design recommendations;(3)Design of installation position of sand bucket and sand discharge valve.Sand at the bottom of the barrel row sand valve installation position is different,namely hydraulic sand washing sand mouth position is different,the accumulation of sand within the set sand barrel condition is different also,cause through hydraulic sand effect is also different,by changing the sand valve installation position,set up different hydraulic sand washing geometric model,using FLUENT software for liquid-solid two phase numerical simulation of the contrast sand washing effect,get the most reasonable sanding mouth position,and sand production line stop valve design recommendations;Taking the research results of this paper as the theoretical support and referring to the actual field production,optimizing the sand discharge system of the cyclone desander sand collecting bucket,so as to ensure the desander efficiency of the cyclone desander is very important to ensure the efficient and continuous production of oil and gas fields.
