In this paper, we mainly study talks about a cyclone desander applied in the field, and optimize its problems ocurring in the production process on the basis of the field test. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the gas-solid separation principle,lining structure for cyclone desander was established and so was cyclone geometric model of desander.(2) On the basis of the numerical simulation method,anisotropic turbulence model(RSM) is adopted,meanwhile,the corresponding difference scheme of QUICK and pressure interpolation format of PRESTO are used in numerical simulation analysis.The distribution of internal gas velocity,distribution of pressure,pressure loss and separation efficiency in different lining structure are analyzed.(3)If change the length of the straight section,there is a certain change in the pressure loss.When the length of the straight section decreases,the pressure loss will increase,if it continue to decrease,the pressure loss will reduce.with the change of the length of the straight section,the separation efficiency of cyclone desander changes a little.while with the change of cone angle,the pressure loss changes little.with the increase of cone angle,there is a increase in the separetion efficiency(4)Internal gas-solid flow is simulated in the cyclone desander. Stochastic model with discrete-phase and the phase coupling simulation method were used in the simulation of the solid particles inside the cyclone desander. Through the analysis,the particle trajectories in the desander,gas flow field effect to the particle phase and the influence of inlet velocity,particle density and other parameters to the efficiency of the separation are obtained.(5) Through the simulation of errosion in desander,the results demonstrates that the particle concentration distribution in desander has a direct relationship.the greater the concenration of particles,the higher the frequncy of collison between the particles and the wall,the more easily exacerbate wall wear.
