The hydraulic structure of the bit will affect the cleanliness of the bottom of the well and the cooling effect of the cutting teeth, and then affect the drilling efficiency and life of the bit.By studying the flow field at the bottom of the bit,the hydraulic structure of the bit can be optimized to allow the drilling fluid to carry cuttings The role of auxiliary rock breaking is better brought into play,so that the drill bit has better drilling performance.Nowadays, most scholars have studied the non-rotating flow field of PDC bit, roller bit and hybrid bit,but their rotating flow field is less studied. In view of the above problems, this paper uses Fluent to perform numerical simulation of the bottom hole rotating flow field of these three types of drill bits.According to the simulation results, the nozzle position and the number of nozzles of the bit are simulated. The nozzle size and nozzle direction have been improved. The research results show that the PDC bit three vertical center nozzle and three outward peripheral nozzles have a good flow field at the bottom of the well;the roller bit three outward nozzles have a good flow field at the bottom of the well;the hybrid bit improved four nozzle have a good flow field at the bottom of the well; The effect of different inlet pressures on the flow field of the bit is studied for the improved bit.The results show that as the inlet pressure increases, the pressure amplitude and pressure fluctuation on the cuttings migration path change.Large pressure amplitude is favorable for the movement of cuttings. The DPM model was used to study the trajectory and distribution of cuttings in the flow fields of the three bits.
