The time is advancing,the technology is developing.Deep hole machining is a key technology in the field of machining.Deep hole processing is one of the key technologies in the field of mechanical processing.With the rapid development of aerospace,high-speed railway,petrochemical and other fields,various difficult-to-machine materials have put forward higher requirements for the accuracy and efficiency of deep hole processing technology.In the process of deep hole machining,25Cr2Ni4 MoV alloy steel has many problems,such as large cutting force,high cutting temperature,poor machining surface quality,large hole straightness error,serious tool wear and difficulty in chip cutting.Taking 25 cr2ni4 mov steel deep hole processing technology as the research object,using the finite element simulation method in the process of the experiment,from technological process,the mechanism of drilling,drilling model,the chip morphology,such as,cutting temperature and tool wear for related research,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)25cr2ni4mov steel deep hole machining process research.The influence of the composition and alloying elements of 25Cr2Ni4 MoV alloy steel on the mechanical properties of the material was analyzed.(2)research on deep hole drilling model and drilling force.The deep hole drilling model of split-tooth BTA drill was established,and the structural characteristics,geometric parameters and overall forces of split-tooth BTA drill were studied.(3)deep hole drilling simulation research based on deform-3d software.The drilling simulation model was established and the simulation experiment was carried out.The law of chip curvature radius affected by chip parameters(height,width and arc radius),the law of cutting temperature affected by cutting parameters,and the law of tool wear were studied by single factor test method.(4)experimental research on deep hole machining.In this paper,the chip shape and inner hole straightness of 25Cr2Ni4 MoV alloy steel were studied by experiments of deep hole machining.The problems in the process of deep hole machining were discussed,and the influence of boring and honing on the quality of deep hole machining was analyzed.
