| In machinery manufacturing,deep hole machining has always been an important machining method,is the difficulty of machining,among which the deep hole straightness detection is an important part to ensure the machining quality of deep hole parts.At present,the straightness detection field is still in the stage of poor measurement accuracy and low measurement efficiency.But with the development of science and technology,especially in aerospace,military,automobile manufacturing and other fields,more and more requirements for straightness detection,improve the level of straightness detection is imminent.Therefore,a deep hole automatic straightness detection device is developed in this paper.The main research contents are as follows:The concept and operation procedure of various deep-hole straightness error detection methods are introduced,and the working principle,advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed.According to the characteristics of the measured object,comparing the principle of various deep-hole straightness error measurement methods at present,combined with the actual demand of production,this paper designs a deep-hole straightness automatic detection device based on the measurement method.This paper describes the measuring principle of deep hole automatic straightness detection device.According to the measuring principle,the overall design scheme of the device is first determined,and the automatic feed device,straightness detection device and data processing device are designed,and the selection and design of the main parts of the deep hole automatic straightness detection device.Developed a software for detecting the straightness of deep holes,achieving data collection,wireless transmission,and fitting the center of the circle through the least squares method for deep hole parts,the least squares method calculates the straightness error of deep holes,and ultimately visually displays the straightness and other parameters of deep hole parts on the human-computer interaction interface.The test platform was built,and the deep hole straightness measurement test was carried out.Through the acquisition of the data of the inner wall of the workpiece aperture,data transmission,data collection and data processing,the deep hole straightness was finally obtained to meet the requirements of parts design.The research of deep hole automatic straightness detection device provides 99 a new solution for the field of straightness detection and has certain reference value. |
