Acetylene is an important basic chemical material in China’s petrochemical industry.It plays an important role in this field.In recent years,the technology of producing acetylene from coal by plasma cracking has gradually replaced the technology of producing acetylene from high pollution and high consumption coal such as Hydrolyzed calcium carbide method.The research object of this article is a 5,000-ton/year plasma cracked coal-to-acetylene production unit under construction in a domestic chemical plant.Based on the steady-state simulation of the device,and analysis of the process and control requirements of the plasma cracking of coal to acetylene,the control scheme design for the entire process of coal to acetylene is designed.And the coordinated control strategy for the whole process of plasma cracking coal to acetylene with variable production load is studied.First of all,based on the analysis of the process characteristics of the four production sections of the entire coal-to-acetylene production process,a full-process simulation strategy is proposed.In this paper,based on ASPEN PLUS software,a steady-state simulation of the coal-to-acetylene separation section is performed,and the working point of the coal-to-acetylene gas separation section is obtained.and In SIMULINK,the equipment of the entire coal-to-acetylene process is modeled.Based on the analysis of the control requirements of each section and the coordination needs of the entire process based on the variable number of reactors,a multi-level control system is designed.including an expert fuzzy control module applied to the coal-to-acetylene reaction quenching section,and a model predictive control module to be applied to the coal-to-acetylene gas separation section,and a coal-to-acetylene coordinated control module applied to the the whole process of coal-to-acetylene.The coordination control module is a hybrid coordination control module based on data-driven and expert rules.Each module together constitutes a coal-to-acetylene full-process coordinated control simulation system.The simulation results show that the coal-to-acetylene full-process coordination system designed in this paper responds to changes in the number of reactors in time,can effectively improve the system response rate,has good control effects,can meet production requirements,It also has certain reference and guidance significance for actual production.
