Metallurgy industry is representative good energy consumption industry, whose energy consumption accounts for more than 10% of the whole nation energy consumption all quantity, energy-efficient technology developing and extending metallurgy enterprise key, guarantee our country economy sustainable development, raises metallurgy industry economy and social benefits, has obvious significance and urgency to accomplishing our country saving energy and reducing consumption index.AOD heat of argon oxygen purifying method is already successful apply to stainless steel smelt, the iron alloy smelt hot electricity silicon law, energy consumption height continuing to use tradition as before. Smelt middle therefore studying purifying method transplants AOD heat of argon oxygen to the iron alloy is a very good approach. Besides, the middle of our country minitype smeltery adopt old-fashioned hand operation as before, produces inefficient, product quality difference. The renovation and upgrade carrying out an automation on the person is imperative.This paper came from the National Science and Technology support Program-Argon Oxygen ferroalloy refining energy reduction technology applied reasearch (issues number is 2007BAE17B01). Through reaserching the top gun of complex blowing method lacation control system and the method of coordination control, the craft quality can be proved effectively. It realizes target of preventing slag slopping and slag drying and increases the produce of steel-making, so that conserving energy and reducing costs.What the main body of this paper and the main achievement as follows:1,On the basis analysing the concise argon oxygen stainless steel handicraft present situation, the pattern having summed up blowing has classified, and then has studied AOD follows iron alloy blowing reaction mechanism.2,According to AOD furnace molten steel level established the top gun position computing model, not only accelerated the process of alloy smelting, but also prevent slag slopping and slag drying.3,Have ascertained bottom blowing providing an argon and blowing the call for providing the oxygen rate of flow curve and the oxygen gun altitude curve controlling for being put into effect charging gas tactics for having ascertained a good work at the top. 4,Proposed to furnace mouth noise intensity and the furnace temperature of multi-point constraint conditions of the AOD furnace oxygen lance positioning intelligent control expert system to achieve automatic control of oxygen gun shots to achieve the slag slopping and slag drying to prevent the occurrence, as well as improve the molten steel production, reducing the loss of raw materials and ultimately the purpose of optimizing the process of blowing.5,The control of the system to determine the scope and the control accuracy of the system computer simulation of the errors are analyzed.6,Stage of the smelting process design coordination issues in order to facilitate the coordination of the various organizations orderly work.
