Research On The Overall Planning Of Suburban Wetland Park

The wetland is known as the "Kidney of the Earth" and "Bio Supermarket" for its unique ecosystem functions and biodiversity.Wetland parks are an effective way for the state to protect wetland ecosystems and make reasonable use of wetland resources.It is also a legal form for the state to implement the” Convention on Wetlands of International Importance Especially as Waterfowl Habitat”.The suburban wetland park has the important ecological functions such as protecting wetland biodiversity,maintaining the balance of urban fresh water resources,flood control and water storage,degrading pollution,and also has the important significance for the development of urban eco-tourism.At present,there are many researches on Wetland Park Planning in China,but the research content of suburban wetland park planning is not comprehensive enough,and the theoretical framework and technical process of practice guidance are not clear enough.Therefore,the main content of this paper is to improve the theoretical framework and technical process of suburban wetland park planning,based on the constructability evaluation system,plan all construction links with pertinence,integrate the ecological protection and rational development and utilization into the planning and construction of suburban wetland park,and how to combine the suburban wetland with the urban main body for common development.This study takes the suburban wetland park as the research object,and draws the following conclusions by analyzing the current research trends at home and abroad:(1)The definition and main characteristics of suburban wetland parks are clearly defined,and the theoretical framework of the planning of suburban wetland parks is systematically summarized.The main objective of the plan is to take the advantages of suburban suburbs as the basis to maintain the ecological attributes while developing its social attributes.The organic integration of restoration and protection with the development and construction of the suburban areas,and the close integration with the urban development circle,while maintaining the ecological balance of the urban area,achieve a win-win situation in which the suburban and urban areas jointly promote mutual development.(2)It discusses the main principles and contents of suburban wetland park planning,including the determination of planning scope,functional division,wetland conservation and restoration,science popularization and education construction,wetland landscape construction,reasonable utilization planning,etc.(3)The paper discusses the planning process of suburban National Wetland Park,including preparation stage,analysis planning stage,the planning plan development stage and planning mapping stage.(4)Through the construction of the evaluation system of the constructive planning of the suburban wetland park based on the analytic hierarchy process,the key evaluation factors affecting the constructability of the suburban wetland park are land resources,water resources,and the degree of human interference.(5)Taking the overall planning of Guantang Lake Suburban Wetland Park in Xuancheng City as an example,the constructability evaluation system was applied and a score of 0.8973 was obtained,which has strong constructability.According to the urban suburban wetland park plan proposed in this paper.The technical process,specific partitioning,zoning planning,wetland restoration and reconstruction projects,science popularization and construction,and ecotourism project planning for wetland parks provide reference basis for the construction of Guantang Lake Wetland Park.
