As an important product of the development of iron and steel logistics industry,the construction of iron and steel logistics park is more and more concerned and supported by relevant governments and enterprises.However,with the rapid development of domestic steel logistics park and the expansion of the construction scale of the park,there are some bad phenomena,such as queuing and other cargo problems.The most important factor leading to these unreasonable phenomena is the lack of effective and systematic overall planning at the initial stage of the construction of the steel logistics park yard,which results in low efficiency of the park yard operation and high logistics service cost.This paper takes the yard of Gangchen Logistics Park as the research object,grasps the operation status of the yard as a whole,finds out the reasons for its low operation efficiency,optimizes the yard,and improves the traffic congestion of the yard.The design idea of this paper is divided into two parts: first,aiming at the optimization design of storage yard,EIQ-ABC analysis method,product clustering analysis method and correlation analysis method are used to reasonably arrange the storage yard positions,so that the steel with high frequency of in and out of the park is close to the location of in and out of the park,the steel with the same category and high degree of correlation is placed adjacent or relative,and the operation time of vehicles in the park is reduced;Set up temporary storage area to alleviate the problem of vehicle congestion due to large order volume in the park,and improve the efficiency of yard circulation operation in the park;secondly,analyze the optimization results of the yard.Based on the yard layout,according to the limit conditions of the road size and vehicle size,vehicle flow direction and lane number in the park,C-W saving algorithm is adopted and combined with the most representative outbound allocation bill to determine the maximum mileage saved by vehicles in the park and design the best driving route of vehicles in the Park.The optimization results of outbound allocation bill are analyzed and compared with that of the yard Implementation effect before and after transformation.This paper provides a specific optimization plan for the yard of Gangchen logistics park,which can shorten the driving distance of vehicles,reduce the time in transit,improve the turnover rate and loading rate of vehicles,and improve the ability of emergency orders.It has certain reference significance for the study of the yard layout of logistics park.
