With the development of science and technology today,electromagnetic waves was filled our surroundings.It is harmful to our health.Clothing is related to our body closely and it is also the most direct and simple way to block electromagnetic waves.Fabric is the carrier of clothing.Therefore,improving the shielding effectiveness of fabrics has received increasing attention and research.There are many sources about electromagnetic shielding fabrics currently.Weaving or blending different kinds of absorbing fibers and reflective fibers.But the fabric has holes when they were weaved,and the leakage of electromagnetic waves is the existence of holes mainly.The protection against electromagnetic waves is still limited.Micro-dielectric absorbing materials can absorb electromagnetic waves by their own losses.At present,it is used for infrared stealth mostly,and avoids secondary interference of electromagnetic waves.This topic combines it with electromagnetic shielding fabric to reduce the holes on the fabric and improve the electromagnetic wave protection performance for the fabric.This subject aims to improve the shielding effectiveness and absorbing performance of electromagnetic shielding fabrics by designing micro-mediums with different parameters.Learning theoretical knowledge of electromagnetic shielding and making pre-experiments.The micro-medium is combined with the fabric in a coating manner to test that it has shielding effectiveness and wave-absorbing performance for electromagnetic shielding fabrics.It provided basic conditions to in-depth exploration of the subject.The micro-dielectric material was selected from graphene,carbon nanotubes,ferrites,Nano-nickel and polyaniline,and the electromagnetic shielding fabric was selected from stainless steel fabric.This topic is divided into three parts for research: Influence of single-layer micro-dielectric fabric on shielding effectiveness and wave absorbing performance of electromagnetic shielding fabric.The Effect of double-layer micro-dielectric fabric to study shielding effectiveness and absorbing performance.The influence of the resonance ring on the fabric to research itself shielding effectiveness and absorbing performance.The focus is on the factors that affect the shielding effectiveness and absorbing performance of single-layer micro-medium on its electromagnetic shielding fabric.This part mainly conducts experimental tests from four parts: The content and type of a single kind of micro-medium;Mixed micro-medium content and type;Micro-medium penetration methods are discussed from three methods: electrostatic assembly,dipping and coating;different types of coatings are tested for the arrangement of the dielectric coating.The experimental results show that in the low and medium frequency bands,the electrostatic assembly method has better shielding effectiveness than the immersion method,In the overall frequency band,the shielding effectiveness and the absorbing performance of the coating method are better;Shielding and absorbing properties of different types of micro-medium coated on the front and back of the fabric are better than the protective effect of coating two layers of micro-medium on one side.Compared with a single material,the shielding effectiveness of a mixed material is improved in bandwidth.Studies on the arrangement and resonance ring have concluded that the best alignment compatibility for electromagnetic wave protection is the absorption layer + reflection layer + reflection layer + absorption layer.The optimal width of the shielding effectiveness and the absorbing energy of the electromagnetic shielding fabric of the resonance ring width is 0.75 cm.The research of this topic is helpful to study the degree of influence of micro-media on the fabrics for shielding effect and absorbing performance.It provides important parameters and compatibility for the research and development of combining micro-medium with electromagnetic shielding fabric and electromagnetic shielding clothing.It also has the guiding of significance for the design and development to fabrics for electromagnetic shielding,and it has important application value and academic significance.
