With the development of spindles to high-speed and energy-saving,the textile industry requires more and more comprehensive performance of spindles.On the one hand,The development level of textile equipment is determined by the comprehensive performance of spindles;on the other hand,the vibration performance of spindles directly affects the quality of products and the service life of spindles;the temperature rise of spindles affects the power consumption and efficiency of the factory,while the noise affects the working environment of workers.Therefore,it is of great significance to test and analyze the comprehensive characteristics of spinning spindles.The research group has completed the construction of the experimental platform before,on this basis,this paper completes the optimization of the hardware part by replacing sensors and other equipment,and then improves the software part by combining the detection technology and signal processing technology,and completes the optimization of the entire experimental platform through a series of experiments of spindle characteristics,aiming to achieve the stable data acquisition and analysis function of the experimental platform based on virtual instrument.In the experiment part of this paper,the vibration,noise and temperature rise characteristics of YD5000 spindle are tested by using the experimental platform.The unstable factors affecting the experimental data are analyzed by changing the contact form of the base,the material of the pulley,the tension of the spindle belt and the type of the spindle belt,so as to further the structure of the test-bed is optimized,and YD6103 e spindle is used to verify the universality;Then the time-frequency analysis of the vibration test data of two spindles' top is carried out by using the optimized experimental platform to find out the second critical speed which has the greatest impact on the operation of spindles.The experimental results show that the experimental platform can collect and analyze stable data and realize the detection and analysis function of comprehensive characteristics of spindles when the separated base,aluminum alloy pulley,ts-5n type spindles are used and the tension is 9.8N.It can be concluded that through a series of optimization and debugging experiments,the experimental platform can achieve the purpose of stable data collection and analysis for high-speed spindle,and provide a comprehensive testing experimental platform and stable and reliable experimental data for the optimization analysis of spindle structure and performance.In the end of this paper,the research content of this paper is summarized and prospected,which can provide some reference for the detection of the comprehensive characteristics of spindles and the development of the experimental platform.
