The vibration in spindle of the machine tools is one of the very important problem. It is a storeroom in the dynamic problem of the machine tools which include many information of the dynamic movement on the equipment. To detect the vibration in spindle can make the spindle been seen for some angle of point, and make it been analyzed and diagnosed. The level of industry in our country is behind of overseas and the area of Chinese Taiwan.The vibration in spindle of the machine tools is influenced by its making, structure and fitting, and different fault can be found in different form.When it is running, there are many information, which can help us know its character, be found from the vibration , temperature and so on. This information is incepted and changed into electricity signal by a series of sensor. Then it is transported into the information-gathered module ,after dealing with , go into the PC or some equipment to be analyzed. The result is showed in the chart of axes track, the chart axis location, vibration wave graph, spectrum graph, to analyze and evaluate its character.The virtual instrument is a new orientation in electronic measurement area. The virtual instrument is an advanced technique of electronic measurement and computer measure and control. We design the software to analyze and evaluate the spindle with Labview. The method to diagnose spindle is given.
