| Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are a kind of common soil organic pollutants,due to its durability and refractory degradability in soil environment,attracting more and more attention.In this paper,the anthracene was selected as the target contaminant.Firstly,the catalytic performance of laccase in the reverse micelle system constructed by the nonionic surfactant Triton X-100 was studied.Then,the effect of the reverse micelle system on the electrodynamic migration of anthracene was studied in polluted soil.Finally,studied on remediation of anthracene-contaminated soil by laccase in reverse micelle system combined with electrokinetics(EK)technology.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the reverse micelles laccase system constructed by Triton X-100,the catalytic performance and stability of laccase in reverse micelle system is obviously higher than that in aqueous solution,which might prove that the reverse micelle system is helpful to improve the catalytic performance and stability of laccase.(2)The reverse micelle system could enhance the electrodynamic migration of anthracene in contaminated soil.When the reverse micelle system was combined with EK to repair contaminated soil,the maximum migration rate of anthracene was 19.1%,while that of the electrokinetics alone was only 9.1%,and the maximum migration rate was 12.6% while strengthening electrokinetic remediation with the surfactants.The migration effect of anthracene was the best when the reverse micelle system and the surfactant were used to strengthen EK remediation,and the maximum migration rate of anthracene was 22.6%.(3)The effect of reverse micelles laccase system combined with EK on the migration and transformation of anthracene in contaminated soil was better than that of EK and laccase.In addition,the addition of 2,2 ’amino-bis(3-ethyl-benzothiazolinosulfonic acid-6)ammonium salt(ABTS)and surfactants could promote the remediation of anthracene contaminated soil by reverse micelles laccase system combined with EK technology.Therefore,when ABTS and surfactant were added simultaneously,the reverse micelles laccase system combined with EK technology had the best effect on the migration and transformation of anthracene,and the maximum migration/transformation rate was 49.3%. |
