In the current situation of increasingly tight resources,doubled environmental pressure and constantly tightened environmental protection policies,iron and steel enterprises should achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction,and further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to adapt to the development of society.In order to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction,it is necessary to clarify the changes of logistics in enterprise production.In the modeling process of the current blast furnace ironmaking process,the main consideration is the forward running and temperature control of the blast furnace,less consideration is given to the change and reaction of industrial metabolites,and less consideration is given to the pollutants in it,so a more comprehensive blast furnace model needs to be built.Based on the analysis of the operation of the materials in the blast furnace,the industrial metabolic network is constructed.Because the metabolic network belongs to the complex network,the solution is relatively complex,and the multi-agent in the artificial intelligence research has a good advantage in the solution of the complex network,so the flux prediction model is established in the metabolic engineering,and the interaction relationship is built based on the S-system equation,and the multi-agent is built simulation system.The system is no longer based on the previous black box model,but a more comprehensive consideration of the modeling method of reaction process.Through simulation,the concentration of blast furnace materials and reaction speed can be predicted.On this basis,industrial production regulation and control can be carried out to improve the production efficiency,reduce the consumption of energy materials and reduce the generation and emission of pollutants on the premise of ensuring the smooth operation of blast furnace To achieve green and efficient development.First of all,the application foundation of metabolism theory in industrial system is clarified,and its feasibility in industrial system is proved.Through the analysis of technological process of blast furnace ironmaking process,a complete metabolism network is established,and on this basis,a mathematical model for flux prediction is established.Secondly,this paper analyzes the modeling and simulation methods of multi-agent system,constructs multiple agents in the system,builds the interaction relationship between agents by using the mathematical model of industrial metabolic flux prediction,establishes the multi-agent simulation model,operates under the predetermined input and simulation conditions,and obtains the prediction results.Finally,the multi-agent simulation model of blast furnace ironmaking system is analyzed,and its development prospect is prospected.This method provides a relatively accurate method for the production prediction of blast furnace ironmaking.On this basis,it can realize the regulation of industrial process and achieve the production of high efficiency and energy saving.
