Design Of "Flexible" Office Desk And Chair For Small Office

With the increase in the demand for office space by enterprises,institutions and all kinds of units,as well as the scarcity of land resources and the increase in business costs,more and more small office spaces have appeared.Most of the office desks and chairs used in small office spaces in the market are standard,homogeneous and contracted mass production products.The number of chairs that can be placed is limited because of the lack of space in small offices,so it is urgent to design some more flexible alternative chairs to solve this problem.First of all,this paper investigates and analyzes the status of small office spaces in some office buildings in many large business districts in new first-tier cities through literature,online questionnaire surveys and field surveys,summed up the functional division and current use situation and structural characteristics of office desks and chairs in small office spaces.According to the targeted questionnaire,we also summarized the current problems of desks and chairs in small office spaces,and redesigned the network questionnaire to sort the existing problems in an urgent order,and it is concluded that the urgent problem is "large staff turnover leads to insufficient desks and chairs or space congestion caused by idle desks and chairs".Secondly,through literature and online information query,a large number of flexible" furniture cases are listed,and divided the existing "flexible" furniture into telescopic,folding,and irregular deformation types according to the structure.Carried out the in-depth analysis of the flexible technology combined with specific cases,and summarized the common hardware accessories and deformation methods of each structural form in the flexible technology,to provide a theoretical reference for the design of "flexible" desks and chairs in small office spacesThen,according to the urgency order of current problems of desks and chairs in small office spaces,find out the design direction or design gaps of office desks and chairs,put forward design requirements by six various aspects as "usage scenarios.buyers an users,function,usage mode,appearance,economy",combined with the flexible technology in "flexible" furniture,to deepen the design and plan based on"flexible" desks and chairs in small office spacesFinally,by making real samples of the selected design schemes,we verified the adaptability of "flexible" desks and chairs in small office spaces.
