In-service glass curtain wall has long been subjected to gravity load,wind load,temperature effect and various environmental erosion effects.Its performance deteriorates with time and causes safety hazards due to defects in construction and design,corrosion,aging,etc.The safety appraisal of existing glass curtain walls often uses a multi-indicator comprehensive appraisal based on a large number of imperfect information and subjective judgments.In this paper,the existing hidden frame glass curtain wall is taken as the research object.With reference to the existing curtain wall inspection and appraisal specifications and the curtain wall engineering experience survey,based on the multi-indicator analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy appraisal theory,a five-level comprehensive appraisal system for the hidden glass curtain wall is established.Related research has been done on appraisal parameters and applications.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the multi-indicator analytic method and existing domestic and foreign glass curtain wall inspection and appraisal specifications,an appraisal indicator system for the hidden glass curtain wall is developed,including appearance,structure,material test and bearing capacity detection.The five-level comprehensive appraisal system considering the limitations of the absolute appraisal method is proposed.Based on the hierarchical appraisal method and fuzzy mathematics appraisal theory,a fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method suitable for the existing hidden frame glass curtain wall is developed.(2)Based on expert survey of the subjective valuation method to determine the indicator weight of the existing hidden frame glass curtain wall.The survey collected the opinions of the curtain wall experts from many different types of work,and used the frequency statistics method to determine the weight of each appraisal indicator,converting the expert engineering experience into data,which reduced the subjective influence of the people to some extent;Based on the safety ranks interval partition of various indicators in the existing specifications,the match degree of the appraisal set applicable to the fuzzy evaluation system are developed for the quantitative indicators and the qualitative indicators respectively.(3)Based on the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method for the safety of hidden glass curtain wall,the corresponding curtain wall appraisal software is compiled.The user completes the appraisal system of the existing curtain wall through the pre-processing program.The security identification of the curtain wall is realized through the post-processing program.According to the safety appraisal method of the hidden frame glass curtain wall studied in this paper,two practical examples of the existing hidden glass curtain wall engineering are selected in this chapter.The differences between the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method studied in this paper and the appraisal method of existing specification are analyzed.
