Static electricity is an important dangerous factor of safety accidents for oil depot.A great threat will be brought to people's property and life if a major accident happens.Therefore,it is beneficial to prevent electrostatic risk by using rational safety assessment methods to evaluate the static security of oil depot,based on in-depth understanding of electrostatic mechanism and factors.Firstly,starting from the physical mechanism of electrostatic generation,accumulation and discharge for oil depot,this paper discusses and analyzes the conditions for the occurrence of electrostatic accident and the affecting factors,provides the selection principle and establishment method of safety evaluation index system,establishes index system for evaluating electrostatic safety of oil depot.Next,on the basis of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation model for electrostatic security is established.Lastly,the practicality of model is validated by a case analysis.The main results obtained are as follow:(1)The evaluation index system for electrostatic safety of oil depot is established,which consists of three primary indicators and twenty-five secondary indicators,and reflects the relationship between various causes of electrostatic accidents for oil depot fully and clearly;(2)The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model for electrostatic security assessment of oil depot is constructed.In this model,analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each index factor,and to identify the main risk factors of electrostatic safety for oil depot.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to assess the overall electrostatic safety degree of oil depot;(3)Safety evaluation of a case of oil depot is carrying out by using the established evaluation model.The evaluation results show that security level is low-risk,and the main electrostatic factors of this depot are as follow: loading and unloading oil by splashing,no antistatic grounding device,lack of oil standing time,impact and collide of oil in the tank,contact with the conductor in the operation,sampling and measurement error,poor ventilation,high velocity flow of oil,and using plastic barrels to load oil.And then the corresponding preventive measures are put forward in the light of these factors.These achievements of this thesis solve successfully the problem caused by the characteristics of electrostatic factors which are complexity,diversity and uncertainty for safety evaluation,and provide reasonable guidelines for electrostatic safety evaluation and accident prevention of oil depot.
