Study On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of The Ecological-Economic-Social System In Hunan Province

China’s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development.We must not only meet people’s increasingly high and updated requirements in terms of material and cultural life,but also consciously meet the growing needs of the people in terms of ecological environment and social development.In China,the interaction between ecological environment,economy and social development has great correlation and coupling consistency.So to understand the links between ecology,economy and society,to coordinate a good ecological environment,the development of economic and social relations,based on the relationship between the ecological,economy and society system combing theoretical results of coupling theory and method will be the basis of the introduction,the system theory,ecological economic theory,sustainable development theory by building on the basis of the coordinated development of ecology,economy and society in hunan province coupling index system,relying on the coupling coordination model,Entropy value method and coefficient of variation method were used to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value,coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of eco-economic-social system of hunan province and its 14 cities and prefecture-level cities from 2009 to 2018,and the development of coupling coordination degree of 14 cities and prefecture-level cities and prefecture-level cities in hunan province was predicted.The results show that,from the overall development of hunan province,the eco-economic-social system development of hunan province in 2009 is in a state of unbalanced decline.From 2010 to 2011,the coupling coordination degree increased from 0.28703 to 0.39955.From 2012 to 2015,the coupling coordination degree increased from 0.51102 to 0.75977.From 2016 to 2018,the coupling coordination degree increased from 0.85481 to 0.96589.As the research area of hunan province internal coupling coordinated development of the space and time change,from the regional scale,according to a 2009-2018 development division secri coupling coordination degree,changsha for coordinated development-extreme coordination,zhuzhou city,chenzhou city,as the basic coordination-coordination development class,xiangtan,hengyang,shaoyang city,yueyang city,zhangjiajie,chang DE city,yiyang,loudi as the disorder recovery-coordinated development,which,huaihua city,hunan city for resuming the classes-basic coordination disorder,from 2009 to 2018,regional coordinated development degree of hunan province,The pattern of development in which the east is strong and the west weak has been improved,and a new pattern of regional development with "one nuclear,three poles,four belts and multiple points" has basically taken shape.According to the grey prediction and analysis of coupling coordination degree of 14 cities and states in hunan province from 2019 to 2023,it can be seen that in 2019,all the other cities and states in hunan province will enter into a coordinated development state except xiangxi autonomous prefecture.In 2020,the 14 cities and prefectures in hunan province will enter into coordinated development,which coincides with the time for China to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.From 2021 to 2023,xiangtan city and zhuzhou city successively entered into the extreme coordination.Except for the three cities of changzhutan,other cities and states failed to achieve the extreme coordination.Finally,combined with the research results and the actual situation of the eco-economic-social development in hunan province,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the eco-economic-social coupling and coordinated development in hunan province,so as to provide some reference for the protection of the ecological environment,the promotion of high-quality economic development and the promotion of social transformation and upgrading in hunan province.
