Economic Development In Ethnic Minority Areas In Yunnan Province And Ecology Coupling Research

Economic development and ecological construction is the important content of "human to area relationship".Ecological environment are the sites of human economic activity and material undertaker,provide the necessary resources for economic development and environment basis,the healthy and orderly development of the economy are help to environmental governance and improving.The yunnan ethnic area is a highly overlapping area of ecological fragility and economic poverty,This kind of bad coupling seriously constrains the social stability and economic health of the ethnic areas.Yunnan ethnic minority areas are characterized by ethnic complexity,frontier,poverty,ecological vulnerability and source of river,It is important for the sustainable development of economy,ecology and society in the whole province and beyond.Analysis of the economic development of ethnic minority areas in yunnan province and the basic condition of ecological construction,discusses how to realize the economic development in national regions and the benign coupling of ecological construction,is an important problem need to solve.This paper focuses on the national area of yunnan,In addition to the eight national autonomous prefectures and autonomous prefectures,20 national autonomous counties are the analytic scale,Guided by the theory of ecological economics,national economics and sustainable development,The coupling between economic development and ecological environment is the main line,The economic and ecological integration of an organic coupling is studied.The main research of this article is as follows:(1)The Economic aspects,The overall development of Yunnan minority areas is relatively fast,but the overall situation is still lagging behind.The economic development of the counties in yunnan province is unbalanced in space due to the differences in the geography,geographical location,population,resource endowment and economic foundation,Through the analysis of the economic differencecoefficient,the relative development rate,the location entropy and the economic comprehensive index of the 8 ethnic groups and 20 national counties,The development speed and level of the states such as Chuxiong,Honghe,Xishuangbanna,Diqing and other prefectures,such as mount Eshan,Xinping and Jinggu are slightly higher than the province economic level;The states such as Dehong,Nujiang,Wenshan,and other states such as Luquan,Xundian,Ninglang,Mojiang,Jingdong,Menglian,Lancang,Ximeng and Cangyuan,are relatively backward.(2)The Ecological aspects.Because of soil geological characteristics,human economic activities,frequent natural disasters and other reasons,ecological degradation is very serious;Among them,water and soil erosion,rocky desertification,grassland degradation,rivers and lakes pollution,loss of biological resources are the most serious.Diversity in terms of space,water environment,soil and water loss spreading in all national city states,in Wenshan state desertification area is the most widely,most with Di Qing grassland degradation is serious.(3)According to the comprehensive economic index,ecological environment comprehensive index,coupling and coupling coordination degree of economic development and ecological construction of measurement and analysis of economic and ecological environment in ethnic minority areas in Yunnan coupling condition is not optimistic.Among them,Honghe state,asshan county,xinping county,Yuanjiang county and Jinggu county are the primary coordinated development;counties in 13 states such as Chuxiong,Wenshan,Xishuangbanna,Dali,Diqing,Dehong and Shilin County,Luquan County,Xundian County,Ninger County,Jiangcheng County,Gengma County,Cangyuan county are geareds to coordinate development;Others 10 counties in Nujiang,Yunlong County,Ninglang County,Mojiang County,Jingdong County,Zhenyuan County,Menglian County,Lancang County,Ximeng county and Shuangjiang County as the imbalance and recession type.(4)This paper is based on the coupling analysis of economic development and ecological construction in minority areas,Take the ecological economy as the main line,From improving infrastructure,improve population quality,the development in national regions labor economy,promote the development of ecological industry,ecological migration,the propulsion system innovation,the whole compensationmechanism,explore the practice of the economic and ecological benign coupling paths.
