With the increasingly serious global greenhouse effect,countries around the world pay more and more attention to energy conservation and emission reduction.As the pillar of China's national economy,the carbon emission of manufacturing industry has always been high.In order to respond to China's 13th five year plan for low carbon,it is urgent to reduce the carbon emission of manufacturing industry.As the "main force" of China's manufacturing industry,gear hobbing machine tool consumes a lot of energy and materials in its processing process and has a large carbon emission.Based on the relevant research of low-carbon manufacturing and carbon footprint accounting,the carbon footprint accounting model of gear hobbing is constructed,and the cutting parameters are optimized by particle swarm optimization algorithm to reduce the carbon emissions and processing costs of gear hobbing,so as to realize low-carbon manufacturing of gear hobbing.First of all,according to the current situation of low-carbon manufacturing at home and abroad,low-carbon production and manufacturing can mainly be considered from reducing the energy consumption of equipment processing and optimizing the processing technology Combined with the current situation of carbon footprint accounting at home and abroad,the process of product carbon footprint accounting is to determine the accounting boundary and carbon emission source according to the carbon emission characteristics,consider the carbon emission factors in the process,and build the carbon footprint accounting model.Combined with the production process of gear hobbing,the carbon emission system of gear hobbing production is defined.According to the theory of the whole life cycle,considering the stages of gear raw material exploitation,processing,use and failure recovery,the carbon emission characteristic table of the whole life cycle of gear is establishedSecondly,in view of the problem that the hobbing machine tool consumes more energy and materials,considering the optimization of the subsequent processing scheme,the hobbing process is defined as the carbon footprint accounting boundary,and the flow of carbon elements such as the running energy and materials of the hobbing machine tool is analyzed to lock the carbon emission source of the hobbing process.In view of the problem that carbon footprint of gear hobbing is difficult to calculate,this paper analyzes the impact on carbon emission of gear hobbing from factors such as cutting amount,gear material,hob tool,energy consumption of machine tool and cutting fluid,and constructs a carbon footprint accounting model of gear hobbing by comprehensively considering multiple factors such as energy,material and waste liquid during the processing.According to the calculation results of carbon footprint of Gear Hobbing with different cutting parameters,the change rule of carbon emission is analyzed,the optimization function of carbon emission and processing cost function are determined,and the multi-objective optimization model of gear hobbing is established combining with the constraints of gear hobbing.The linear combination method is used to establish the target fitness evaluation function according to the weight of carbon emission and the importance of processing cost;the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the cutting parameters with MATLAB to reduce the carbon emission and processing cost of gear hobbing,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reductionFinally,combined with the carbon footprint accounting and optimization business logic,the carbon footprint accounting system of gear hobbing is developed.According to the structure parameters,cutting parameters,energy consumption and material information of gear,the carbon footprint calculation model of gear hobbing is established to calculate the carbon emission of gear hobbing.Combined with the constraints of gear hobbing,the optimization model is established.By optimizing the cutting parameters of gear hobbing,the energy efficiency of gear hobbing is improved and the carbon emission is reduced.The carbon footprint accounting system of gear hobbing can quantify and monitor the carbon footprint of gear hobbing enterprises according to the results of carbon footprint accounting,and optimize the processing scheme through the carbon footprint optimization model.
