The design of the long natural gas pipeline is mainly according to standards and specifications,and pipeline diameter,routing scheme,material and station layout are determined by market analysis,technical and economic comparison.Regional branch pipelines mainly meet gas demand of specific areas,and at the same time,we should consider regional characteristics,including people's livelihood,environmental protection and local national economic characteristics,to promote local economic development and people's well-being index as an important basis.First of all,through market research and market outlook analysis,this paper predicts the delivery capacity in each section of the Linhai-Xianju natural gas pipeline.Then the author uses SPS to simulate 3 process design schemes for steady-state,on the basis of which the best scheme was determined by comprehensive comparison: pipe diameter is DN400,and the design pressure is 6.3 MPa.And depending on the pipeline,the pipe type and steel grade are selected,and confirmed the stiffness,and verified the stabilization.In addition,on the basis of determining the principle of gas supply and distribution,gas feed research was proceeded,the gas unevenness analysis and peak load regulation scheme are carried out,and the pipeline adaptability and accident condition adaptability are analyzed.
