With the deepening of oilfield development year by year,the scale of movable resources is shrinking year by year,the quality of remaining oil reserves in the new area is getting worse,the system is difficult to rely on,the ground construction environment is becoming more and more complex,and the cost and difficulty of land acquisition are high.Cluster well layout can achieve the benefit of development block,the number of wells needed for million tons of production capacity is increasing,the prices of each link are rising,the investment in million tons of production capacity is rising,and the investment in million tons of production capacity is also increasing It is more and more difficult to control resources.Cluster well layout can greatly reduce the amount of ground construction work,effectively reduce the area of land acquisition,reduce personnel management,and improve the economic benefits of the production capacity project.There are reasonable optimization problems in the deployment of cluster well platform.This time,we broke through the limit of horizontal displacement of well location,carried out the well layout mode of large platform,studied the relationship between the drilling footage cost and the ground construction cost and the optimization of platform layout,formed the evaluation method of well location layout optimization,aimed at controlling the investment and reducing the operation cost,explored the well layout mode technology from conventional small platform to large well cluster,and provided technology for the follow-up production development and well layout optimization Technical support to guide the well site deployment.(1)The study on the distribution of large well clusters and the optimization of ground layout was carried out.Combined with the types of drilling rigs in use in the oil field,combined with the requirements of drilling technology,and according to different well arrangement modes,through the mathematical model,the well site layout is optimized,and the relationship between the number of wellheads and the well arrangement mode is determined;(2)According to the minimum distance method of horizontal displacement disjoint,the wellhead layout is optimized.The ground layout is optimized by search algorithm.The pipe network is optimized by hierarchical optimization scheme.The mathematical theoretical model is established.Several optimization schemes under the horizontal displacement limit are determined by MATLAB to achieve the optimization of the system layout;(3)The relationship between drilling footage,surface construction cost and well location optimization was studied by using technical and economic evaluation.This paper applies thetheory of cluster well distribution and surface layout optimization evaluation technology to the production and construction of a block in Daqing Oilfield.Through theoretical research and actual block simulation analysis,the mathematical relationship between each cost and platform setting is established.Combined with the boundary research of surface process parameters,the feasibility of cluster well cost saving is demonstrated.Compared with the conventional platform layout,it can save the construction investment,reduce the production cost and facilitate the production management.Cluster well distribution technology plays an important role in improving productivity development benefits,remote block development,avoiding safety and environmental protection risks,and can adapt to the exploration and production of various oil areas and reservoirs to achieve significant economic and social benefits.
