Energy is an important part of the development of human society.The rapid development of automobile,manufacturing and other industries has caused the rapid growth of lubricating oil consumption,and a large number of waste lubricating oils have been produced.The base oil in lubricating oil is mainly derived from petroleum fractions,and the regeneration of waste lubricating oil through physical and chemical methods can not only save oil resources but also protect the environment and achieve sustainable development.At present,the commonly used method for the regeneration of waste lubricating oil in industry is vacuum distillation-adsorption method,and the fraction after vacuum distillation of waste lubricating oil is adsorbed and decolorized by solid adsorbent,which has simple operation,low risk coefficient,low cost and good effect.By modifying the SBA-15,the adsorbent with good effect and high yield was prepared for adsorption and decolorization of waste lubricating oil.?1?Using tetraethyl orthosilicate?TEOS?as raw material,P123 and n-dodecane as template agent and hydrophobic co-solvent respectively,a series of reaming SBA-15 were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method.The influence of hydrophobic co-solvent content and hydrothermal treatment temperature on pore structure were investigated.The structure was characterized by thermogravimetric?TG-DTG?,N2adsorption-desorption?BET?,scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,transmission electron microscopy?TEM?,and x-ray diffraction?XRD?.Studies have shown that m?n-dodecane?:m?P123?=1.5,ordered mesoporous materials with a maximum pore size of 14.04 can be obtained.In the decolorization reaction of waste lubricating oil,under the conditions of 6%dosage,30?reaction temperature,refining time 8 min?400 r/min rotational speed,the decolorization rate reached 92.09%,the oil yield was 52.65%and the color number reached 1.5.Adsorbent with different pore sizes were used in the decolorization reaction of waste lubricating oil,and the optimum pore size was about 10 nm.?2?The effect of Al content and hydrophobic co-solvent content on pore structure content and hydrophobic co-solvent content on pore structure were discussed.the adsorbent was characterized by XRD?SEM?EDS?N2adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD.The study showed that when the Al content was 5%?mass ratio?,m?n-dodecane?:m?P123?=0.8 the reaction temperature of 60?,dosage of 6%,refining time of 8 min?rotational speed of 400 r/min,the denitrification rate reached76.7%,the chroma reached 1.3 and yield is 53.99%.The color number is still not higher than 2.0 after 3 times of reusing.?3?Short rod-like reaming Al-SBA-15 was prepared by adjusting the assembly temperature,and the adsorbent was characterized by nano laser particle size analyzer,XRD?SEM?N2adsorption-desorption and so on.The results show that when the assembly temperature is 35?,the particle size of the synthesized adsorbent decreases to 1015 nm..Under the optimum conditions of reaction temperature of 60?,dosage of 6%,refining time of 8 min?rotational speed of 400 r/min,the color of oil product reached 1.4,and the yield increased to 66.7%.The color number is still below 2 after reusing three times.
