Natural gas energy is one of the three pillars of world energy.It is a relatively clean chemical raw material and has the lowest carbon emission coefficient among all fossil energy.With the gradual advance of digitization and intelligentization of gas fields,higher requirements are put forward for dynamic monitoring and application management of various data in gas fields.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the data transmission system of flow meter in remote areas based on BeiDou.According to the characteristics of gas field development and production,this paper analyzes the current situation of data transmission of gas Wells and determines the data transmission mode of gas Wells in remote areas.This paper will construct the system from three aspects:data acquisition,data transmission and data monitoring center.The gas well data collection is completed by the on-site flowmeter,which integrates dL-110E multi-parameter differential pressure transmitter to collect various data of the gas well operation state.Data transmission USES BeiDou terminals to receive and send data,and USES BeiDou transmission protocol for data transmission.The data monitoring center integrates C/S terminal security and B/S terminal maintenance features,and designs C/S terminal and B/S terminal programs according to enterprise requirements.The C/S terminal program verifies,analyzes and stores the data transmitted by BeiDou,establishes a local database,and displays the data in the form of charts and curves.B/S terminal program can display gas well location,manage enterprise personnel information,and view data on the mobile terminal.The BeiDou-based data transmission system for natural gas Wells in remote areas designed in this paper has been tested in Ningxia New Yinhe Instrument Factory.The practical application of the system shows that the system has realized the functions of data acquisition,wireless satellite transmission,data display and so on.The data transmission accuracy rate is over 98%,which can meet the demand of monitoring gas well operation state.This system scheme can provide-beneficial reference for similar projects.
