As the country pays more and more attention to environmental protection,the relevant environmental protection policies is becoming more and more strict.The VOC in coatings has been strictly regulated,and waterborne Coatings are the Key Points in the Development of Coatings Industry.By adding pigments and additives to disperse and grind them,waterbased acrylic coatings mainly made of water-based acrylic resin are widely used in automobiles,ships,chemical equipment,leather fabrics,etc.Waterborne acrylic coatings that is used by a wide range of synthetic acrylate monomers for waterborne resins account for a large proportion in the waterborne coatings market.First,epoxy ester functional monomer was synthesized.Using epoxy resin(E44)as the base,linoleic acid(FA)and E44 with molar ratio of 1:1 was added dropwise by constant pressure titration funnel.Tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBAB)was used as catalyst.After 1.5 hours,the mixture was kept for 2 hours,and the acid value of the system was reduced to 1 mg KOH/g to discharge the epoxy ester functional monomer.Further,study was to synthetic epoxy resin modified silicone-containing styrene-acrylic resin rust-proof emulsion.Styrene(St),acrylate as the major monomer,acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM),vinyl tris(isopropoxy)silane(A-1706)as the crosslinked monomer,and epoxy ester as modified monomer.The containing silicone styrene-acrylic resin rust-proof emulsion by epoxy resin was synthesized by semi-continuous seed polymerization.The type and amount of emulsifier,reaction temperature,monomer addition mode,amount of initiator,AA,AM,A-1706 and the effect of epoxy ester monomer on emulsion properties were studied.The amount of the agent and the effect of the amount of epoxy ester on the particle size distribution of the emulsion were characterized by FT-IR,TEM,DSC and TGA.The test results of TEM showed that the average particle size of the latex particles,distributed very narrow,was about 110.3 nm.The synthetic emulsion is a core-shell structure.The DSC/TGA demonstrates that the coating film begans to decompose at a temperature of 310 oC,and the coating film has good thermal stability.An anti-rust black paint is prepared from emulsion and pigment,filling agent and deionized water,which film expess smooth.Finally,a synthetic multi-crosslinked styrene-acrylic resin rust-proof emulsion is synthesized.The multi-crosslinked styrene-acrylic resin anti-rust emulsion was synthesized by introducing HEA,GMA and WAMII functional monomers on the basis of epoxy ester modified silicone anti-rust emulsion.We studies the properties of functional monomers on emulsion and characterizes its coating properties by FT-IR,TEM,DSC and TGA.FT-IR analysis displayes that the synthesized product is the target product.The results of TEM indicates that the narrow particle size distribution of latex particles ranges from 81.4 nm to 104.7 nm.Synthetic emulsion is a core-shell structure.The DSC/TGA proves that the coating film begans to decompose at a temperature of 330 oC and the coating film has better thermal stability,the corrosion resistance test reveals that the cross-linking degree of emulsion increased and the corrosion resistance of emulsion coating is more better.The prepared black paint is a black viscous liquid with moderate viscosity,smooth film,high coating coverage,fast surface drying time and solid drying time.The film has high hardness,adhesion,water resistance and salt fog resistance,which meets the requirements of industrial production.The storage stability of black paint can reach more than half a year,which is convenient for transportation and storage.
