The importance of nitrogen-containing heterocycles entails the research on synthesis of triazole compounds being a topic in the field of organic synthesis.Traditional methods usually depend on the employing of transition metals to constract C-C bond and N-N bond.Considering the concept of green chemistry, developing an ecofriendly, high efficient and metal-free route to access nitrogen-containing heterocycles is still desirable. In the first part,we describe a green approach to synthesize nitrogen-containing heterocycles including 1,2,3-benzotriazine-4?3H?-ones,1,2,3-Benzothiadiazoles and[1,2,3]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridines via an oxidative N–N and N-S coupling strategy. This approach features no use of catalyst, extremely mild conditions and excellent efficiency. In the forth chapter,we introduce a Cs2CO3 promoted metal-free method for the regioselective synthesis of 1-Arybenzotriazoles,providing an economical, high efficient and green path to access 1-Arybenzotriazoles.In the second part,we develop a metal-free tetrahydrofuranylation of alcohols in the presence of tertbutyl nitrite, providing a facile and green route for the protection of hydroxy groups.
