In recent years,with the continuous progress of modern scientific information technologies and the continuous improvement of the level of the national economy,the industrial application of plastic products has involved.The scope is expanding and,at the same time,the performance and process requirements of the equipment that produces more plastics-the injection moulding machine-are increasing.The rapid development of injection moulding machines,with their increasing accuracy,faster injection moulding rates and shorter cycle times,is a major factor in these new requirements.There are more research topics and the effect is obvious.However,while we are pursuing high speed and high efficiency products,it is actually facing the complexity of the increasing noise of injection molding machinery problem.In this paper,a D415 toggle lever injection moulding machine manufactured by Terra Machinery AG was first tested in the field using a sound level meter.Noise from continuous operation of D265 and D180 electric injection moulding machines.conforming to the national limits,but from time to time there was a sharp screeching noise,and the analysis determined that the noise occurred mainly at the location of the open and closed dies.It was determined that the main causes of screeching noise are hydraulic shocks,flow pulsations and cavitation.To this end,a holistic model of the toggle lever injection moulding machine was developed to mimic the opening and closing of the machine,and the hydraulic simulation software AMESim was used to analyse the opening and closing of the machine.The displacement,velocity and pressure curves of the hydraulic piston rod during the molding process confirm the existence of hydraulic shock and pressure during the clamping process.Flow pulsation,which indirectly proves that hydraulic shock and flow pulsation are the cause of noise generation.In terms of measures to reduce hydraulic shocks,the paper uses AMESim to analyze the volume,diameter,and inflation pressure of the accumulator parameters,as well as the effects of the switching of the reversing valve and its own natural frequency on hydraulic shocks;for air pockets,this paper mainly explores the effects of the prone The effect of the throttle diameter and flow coefficient of the cavity on the parameters of each and their combination,as well as on the effect of the cavity on the hydraulic system causing it.The simulation analysis of the air content of the hydraulic fluid with a large size is carried out.The purpose of injection molding machine noise.
