In this paper,We study the application of ahp method in quality control activities to find out the main factors,which leading to adverse reactions in the improvement of fertilizer experiment,and explore its feasibility.In this paper,the analysis object is improve the total nitrogen fertilizers experiment.And helping improve the experiment use the AHP methods.Quality control activities are an important way for us to improve production efficiency in our production work.The reasons for selecting the improved experiment of total nitrogen as the topic of this quality activity are as follows:the nitrogen elements exist in various forms in fertilizers,such as ammonium nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,amide nitrogen,etc.When the nitrogen element of fertilizer sample exists in various forms,the method of determining the total nitrogen content in fertilizer is usually used in our routine work to determine the total nitrogen content in the national standard method.Due to the long experimental time and cumbersome measurement method,the method will even produce splash of highly corrosive solution,explosion of solution will cause cracking of distillation bottle and other unsafe risk factors in the measurement process.Therefore,this method has certain risks and inefficiencies.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the experiment.The purpose of this quality activity is to improve the test method of total nitrogen determination,find out the best experimental scheme,and improve the efficiency and safety of the experiment.This is the urgent reason for this quality improvement activity.Based on the above experimental improvements,this paper use AHP method to find out the main reasons leading to the above phenomena in the process of fertilizer total nitrogen experiment,help the experiment to optimize,and confirm its feasibility.In the past such quality control activities,when choosing the main cause,the experimenter usually judges the importance of the cause according to the previous experience.In this process,because the importance of each element cannot be digitized,it is inevitable to add individual subjective factors in the selection process,and the main reason for the selection is not objective.For this reason,we digitize the importance of each reason so that we can arrange them and objectively find out the main reasons that need to be improved.Therefore,we will try to use AHP method to select the main reasons so as to make an objective choice.The feasibility of ahp for main reason selection is tested.This paper based on the total nitrogen analysis experiment in the work to improve the experiment,using AHP method to find out the main reasons and check its feasibility.The possibility and degree of application of AHP in quality control analysis are discussed.In order to better carry out quality control activities for enterprises to provide better help.
