As plastic products are widely used in daily life,injection molding machines have become an important equipment for plastic processing and molding in the plastic processing industry.At the same time,with the increasing consumer demand for plastic products,injection molding machines that produce plastic products have become an important tool to ensure the quality of their products.In order to ensure the normal injection molding process,the user needs to select the appropriate injection molding machine.This paper is based on the actual subject raised by Shanghai KraussMaffei Company Limited,and developed the selection software of the injection molding machine through VB and Matlab,which provides a powerful support tool for enterprises and users when purchasing machines.Firstly,this article describes the composition of the injection molding machine,and analyzes the relationship between each component and the selection of injection molding machine.Through the analysis of the injection molding machines produced by the company,the selection range of this selection software is determined,and based on this selection range,the selection principles of this series of injection molding machines are introduced.Secondly,by analyzing the needs of the enterprise,the selection software is divided into six functional modules:user management,input information,database,program scoring,output information,and system maintenance management,and the overall selection software system is designed.Thirdly,the algorithm of the selection software was discussed,and the BP neural network expert system was selected to guide the software development and the database was designed.Finally,design and develop the each function module of the selection software,complete the overall software design,and pass the test,which proves the feasibility of the selection software.The designed software enables users to choose the injection molding machine according to the actual situation,and helps users make effective decisions in the early stage of producing injection molded products.The system is easy to operate,has strong practicability,and has important practical value for users when purchasing machines.
