In the production process of PVC,vinyl chloride distillation unit is one of the most important devices,and is one of the main energy consumption points in the whole production process.Aspen software is used to simulate the distillation process of vinyl chloride.Through a series of optimization analysis,the most suitable operation conditions and operation scheme are obtained.The theoretical calculation results can be used for reference in the actual production process to save energy,reduce consumption and increase efficiency.In this paper,the existing distillation equipment of vinyl chloride distillation unit is simulated.According to the use of distillation equipment,the corresponding model is selected and calculated,and the corresponding model is established.The NRTL model which is most suitable for vinyl chloride system is selected and simulated according to the steady state data measured in actual operation.By comparing with the actual operation data of the production enterprises,the applicability of the physical method and the unit model module used in the calculation process is confirmed.According to the shortage of the existing equipment,the lifting scheme is put forward.The low boiling tower,high boiling tower,third rectifying tower and dichloroethane rectifying tower are calculated respectively,the operating conditions of each tower,were simulated by sensitivity analysis tools,such as feeding position,reflux ratio,etc.The adjustable range of these operating conditions is found through calculation to guide the actual production operation.Finally,the most suitable operating conditions are found through analysis and comparison.Combining with the actual situation,it can be used for the technological renovation or transformation of existing devices in order to achieve the goal of improving product quality and reducing energy consumption,and become one of the powerful means of improving quality and innovation,reducing cost and increasing efficiency of existing devices.
