High feed milling cutter is a kind of typical efficient milling cutter.In the process of intermittent cutting,the wear of the flank behind the cutter teeth has an important influence on the service life and machining surface quality of the milling cutter.It is of great theoretical significance and engineering value to correctly characterize the evolution characteristics of the friction pair on the back face of the high feed milling cutter and to control the wear difference,to reveal the friction and wear process of the back face of the milling cutter,to accurately evaluate the service life of the milling cutter,to improve the cutting efficiency of the milling cutter and to reduce the cost of efficient milling process.In this paper,supported by the National Natural Science Foundation Project "Multi-scale coupling mechanism of nonlinear friction dynamics wear of high energy efficiency milling cutter(51875145)",the formation process of friction and wear boundary on the back face of milling cutter teeth is studied,and the friction pair model of the back face of high feed milling cutter teeth under vibration is established,which reveals the evolution characteristics of instantaneous and cumulative friction and wear boundary on the back face of milling cutter teeth In this paper,a control method of the wear difference of the flank of the high feed milling cutter is proposed.In order to reveal the distribution characteristics of the friction and wear boundary of the back face of the milling cutter under the vibration condition,this chapter uses several high feed milling cutters with the same structure to carry out milling experiments with different cutting strokes;uses the friction and wear results of the back face of the cutter to construct the friction and wear boundary distribution function of the back face of the cutter to reveal the change characteristics of the friction and wear boundary of the back face of the cutter;uses the cutter The relationship among the distribution of tooth error,milling vibration and the change of friction and wear boundary on the flank is analyzed.In this paper,the method of calculating the cutting motion trace and attitude of milling cutter and cutter under vibration is put forward,and the friction pair model of cutter back face under vibration is constructed;the criterion of instantaneous friction and wear boundary of cutter back face is put forward,and the distribution function of friction and wear boundary simulation curve of cutter back face is obtained by the method of friction and wear boundary detection of cutter back face;the distribution function of friction and wear boundary simulation curve of cutter back face under vibration is revealed The evolution characteristics of the friction and wear boundary of the cutter face are analyzed,and the curve equation coefficients of the experiment and simulation are compared to verify the correctness of the above model and method.This paper puts forward the analysis scheme of the factors influencing the friction and wear boundary of the back face of the cutter,reveals the characteristics of the influence of the cutter error and milling vibration on the instantaneous and cumulative friction and wear boundary of the back face of the cutter;adopts the single factor analysis method,expounds the characteristics of the influence of the cutting parameters on the instantaneous and cumulative friction and wear boundary of the back face of the cutter;based on the high feed milling cutter friction and wear experiment with variable cutting parameters,validates the above The correctness of the analysis method can provide the basis for the control of the wear difference of the flank of the high feed milling cutter.According to the analysis method of the influence characteristics of the friction and wear boundary of the back face of the cutter,taking the distribution function of the upper and lower boundary of the friction and wear of the back face of each cutter as the design goal,the control variable of the wear difference of the back face of the cutter is identified,and the control method of the wear difference of the back face of the cutter with high feed is put forward.According to the method,the cutting process scheme is optimized to make the back of the cutter The difference of tool wear is effectively controlled.
