Mn-Zn-Fe soft magnetic materials is widely used in the field of electronic information.At present,the raw materials of producing Mn-Zn-Fe soft magnetic materials are mostly high purity metal compounds which limits the development of Mn-Zn-Fe soft magnetic materials to some extent.In this experiment,through hydro-metallurgy technical method,valuable metal elements such as iron,manganese and zinc are leaching from the manganese ore and zinc concentrate which are used as raw materials and then impurity ions are also removed from the solution in order to produce more purity Mn-Zn-Fe soft magnetic materials precursor.This high value-added production can not only reduce environmental pollution but also realize the comprehensive utilization of various metals.In this paper,the leaching,removal of heavy metals,calcium,magnesium and aluminum,and co-precipitation were studied.The experimental results are as follows.(1)During leaching process,in order to take better use of the valuable metal elements in the mineral raw materials and adjust the proportion of zinc and manganese in the leaching solution,two-stage leaching was adopted.In the first stage,the reaction conditions of common leaching of zinc sulfide concentrate and manganese oxide ore are as follows.The mass ratio of zinc to manganese is 0.34,the temperature is 95?,the amount of sulfuric acid is 88g,the ratio of liquid to solid is 4:1,and the stirring intensity is 200r/min.After 3 hours,the leaching rate of manganese and zinc are 74.50%and 93.60%separately and the leaching rate of zinc no longer significantly changed with time.In the second stage,the iron powder was added to reduce the unreacted manganese oxide ore and remove the heavy metal impurity ions at the same time.Preferred process conditions are as follows:temperature is 70?,reaction time is 150min,the amount of iron powder is 4.85g per 100g manganese oxide ore.In the end,the leaching rate of Mn is 94.08%,the mass ratio of Zn to Mn is 0.330,Fe3+ is completely reduced,removing rate of Cu,Pb and Cd is 99.99%,89.60%and 35.8%,respectively.When adding zinc powders,the removing rate of Cd achieve 90.01%.(2)The effects of pH,reaction time and dosage of flocculant on the removing rate of aluminum were investigated.The optimum conditions are obtained as follows:temperature is 80?,pH value of solution is 4.5,reaction time is 2.5h,the flocculant concentration is 2g/L and the volume ratio of flocculant to purification solution is 0.2%.In such conditions,the removing rate of aluminum can achieve 94.00%.The effect of pH,temperature,amount of manganese fluoride and the reaction time on the removing rate of Ca2+ and Mg2+ were also studied.The optimum conditions are as follows:temperature is 70?,final pH of solution is about 4.5,reaction time is 1.5 h,amount of manganese fluoride is 3g.In the end,the removing rate of calcium and magnesium is 89.70%and 86.30%,respectively.(3)The effects of the amount of precipitant,pH and reaction time on the precipitation rate of metals were studied.The proportion of metal components in the precursors is controlled within ±5%.The content of Ca,Mg,Al,Cu,Pb and Cd is 0.005600%,0.026600%,0.003600%,0.000020%,0.000180%and 0.000530%,respectively.And besides,the precursor is dispersed evenly.
