With the rapid development of human society,people's demand for energy is increasing.In order to solve the problems of energy crisis and environmental pollution,it is important to use green energy like solar energy and hydrogen energy.These clean energies have already been widely used in photoelectric devices,such as solar cells,photoelectric catalysis,supercapacitors,and so on.Chalcogenide semiconductors have attracted extensive attention due to their high absorption coefficient,high carrier mobility and low cost.Among them,quaternary Cu2BaSn(S,Se)4(CBTSSe)films and binary antimony sulfide(Sb2S3)films have been widely studied due to their excellent photoelectric properties.Usually,CBTSSe and Sb2S3 films are prepared by physical and chemical methods.A typical chemical way is the source materials are mixed with organic solvents.However,the organic solvents are flammable,explosive and volatile,so it is of great significance that developing an aqueous solution method to grow high-quality CBTSSe and Sb2S3 films.This paper mainly includes the following two parts:1.Study on the growth and photoelectric properties of CBTSSe films.We used aqueous solution method to grow CBTSSe polycrystalline films on SiO2/Si,STO,Pt and Mo substrate.By adjusting annealing temperature,spinning-coating method and annealing rate,we finally obtained pure phase Cu2BaSnS4 and Cu2BaSnSe4 films.On this basis,the specific applications of CuBaSnS4 films in photoelectrochemical cells and solar cells were studied.The photocurrent density of about 5 mA/cm2 was obtained and the Cu2BaSnS4 film electrodes have good stability.2.Study on the growth and photoelectric properties of antimony sulfide films.In order to further study the performance of other chalcogenide semiconductor films,Sb2S3 films were also prepared by mixing antimony precursor solution with thiourea and obtained after low temperature annealing.The composite structure of photoanode with hydrothermal grown TiO2 column was applied to photoelectrochemical cells,and the photocurrent density of>30 A/cm2 was obtained.
