At present,the steel industry is facing large problems such as energy consumption and environmental pollution.The TMCP technology is produced in the context of the control of the austenitic state during the cooling of steel and the further control of the phase change process of the controlled austenite to obtain a high performance product.While ensuring product performance while further shortening the production process,while reducing energy consumption to enhance the level of profitability.304/304L,316L Baosteel special steel plate with the production line of basic products,the production of a large profit level is low,if the type of steel for TMCP production,the overall profitability of the inevitable impact.This topic first obtained the recrystallization temperature range of 304/304L,316L austenitic stainless steel by hot compression test.On the basis of this,we research the effects of intermittent rolling temperature,intermediate temperature time,non-recrystallization zone finish rolling temperature,final rolling reduction and post-rolling cooling rate on the microstructure and microhardness of the austenitic stainless steel influence rule.Then,the hot rolling test was carried out in the laboratory to simulate the actual situation in the large production process.The influence of the main parameters of the TMCP process on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of each steel was studied experimentally.Improve the interruption of rolling temperature,reduce the cooling rate of the material to reduce the hardness,cold rolling at the critical cooling rate is to avoid the necessary conditions of intergranular corrosion.At the same time,compared with the TMCP state and conventional solid-solid austenitic stainless steel plate,TMCP steel plate can guarantee the excellent performance on the basis of improving the strength and meet the requirements.Through the hot compression test and laboratory rolling test research,combined with Baosteel special steel product structure and energy saving needs.Through these aspects of the study in the online fast cooling equipment of Baosteel special steel strip production line combined with on-site production performance for process adjustment we produced standard and uniform performance steel plates ultimately and achieve a fast cooling steel plate Batch delivery.
