In recent years,people become worried about the safety of amusement ride because of the frequent accidents which cause a huge loss of both life and wealth.Amusement ride is a kind of special equipment which has many different from the traditional machinery,such as outline structure,operation mode and control mode.At present,the field bus with sensor network which is complex and costly in amusement ride monitoring.otherwise,the traditional manual monitoring is restricted by the operating environment of the park,which affects the accuracy of monitoring.Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a hot topic in IoT(Internet of Things)because it is the key technology of IoT Perception Layer.The Data can be collected by sensor through wireless network in this way WSN can replace labour for long-term,stable and accurate monitoring in special circumstance.In this paper we use the example of Suspended roller coaster and propose a design of amusement ride monitoring system based on ZigBee The following studies have been carried out in this paper:1)The network architecture based on Zigbee technology is proposed by consulting relevant literature,including the selection of radio frequency chips and sensors,the construction of network nodes,the functions of each level,composition,data transmission structure and related protocol specifications. 2)The hardware framework of coordinator,router and end device is designed based on the idea of modularity.According to the hardware framework,the core circuit with CC2530 RF chip is designed and implemented,including the core processing circuit,RF circuit,peripheral auxiliary circuit and sensor circuit.3)On the basis of analyzing the operation mechanism of ZigBee protocol stack,the Z-stack protocol stack is developed.The bottom layer of the protocol stack is configured,such as the setting of network channel,the joining mechanism of nodes,etc.The application layer task program is designed,which mainly includes the creation of task table and event sequence,the definition of all kinds of data frame structure,wireless communication task,host computer communication task,sensor acquisition and data processing task.4)The upper computer application program of the wireless monitoring system for the running state of amusement equipment is developed with LabView software.Based on the modular programming idea,some functional modules are designed such as the landing module,the data display module,the serial communication module,the database access module,the frame head calibration module and Signal processing module.Finally,the producer and consumer design mode is used to integrate each module to form a complete upper computer interfaceThe experimental results show that the system can implementation the functions of networking,acquisition,transmission and display and it can be used for reference in the condition monitoring of amusement ride.
