Coke is widely used in the production of metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry and is the base material for the national economy developing. Blending coal is the main material for producing coke, and it directly impacts the quality of the coke. So, it is particularly important to improve the quality of blending coal and take further research on coal blending technology.The main research achievements include:(1) From the existing problems in the coke enterprise, this paper introduced the development of coal blending history and analyzed the current status. Then introduce the technology of coal blending process and analyze the demand of controlling coal blending. On the basis of the principle, we analyze all kinds of factors in detail that influence the quality of the mixed coal, which include the component of ash, sulfur, volatility, water and felting index of every single coal, and put forward the basic ideas of optimizing coal blending.(2) Analyze the blending rate and single coal quality index in the existing coal blending programs. We can use linear regression principle to build the blending coal quality estimating model, and estimate quality index of blending coal. The accuracy of estimating quality is improved by analyzing the result of quality index in detail.(3) Based on existing coke process essentially stability and the blending coal quality which is obtained from the blending coal quality estimating model, coal blending rate optimizing model is built by annealing algorithm according to certain restriction of cost and storage,. The optimized coal blending rate and coal blending solution can be obtained by this model.(4) The application of coal blending optimizing subsystem is inducted based on the above results, and we discuss the main technology function. Then, we design technical architecture in the situation of coal blending. Based on the detailed analysis of the enterprise blending technology, we put both the linear regression into blending coal quality estimating model and simulated annealing algorithm into coal blending optimization model. In this system, a coke enterprise can obtain a good application effect.The results can provide basis for further blending system development. And both the models and optimized algorithm in this system can be referenced to other systems.
