According to the Laiwu Steel Group Ltd of Yinshan steel wide plate mill product development needs,according to the E grade high strength ship plate steel development,certification process difficult problems,through the laboratory and industrial production test and rolling method,successfully developed a composition and process for a E class of high strength ship plate steel,the series of products passed nine Veritas certification.At the same time,combined with the needs of industrial production,in the production process of composition and process for the further optimization,to realize the low cost of E grade high strength steel production.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)A large number of lab studies were carried out for E high strength ship building steel,E high strength shipbuilding steel dynamic CCT curves were measured,the initial development of the production process and normalizing TMCP production process of E grade high strength steel,provides a theoretical guidance for industrial production;(2)With low C,high Mn,component design system of micro alloying elements Nb and V added,the successful development of the 300 mm billet production and below 100 mm thickness E grade high strength steel;(3)Tthe industrial production process,through summing up the trial rounds,continuous optimization of the composition,process,finally get the industrial production process of 100 mm and below E grade high strength steel,provide a strong guarantee for certification through a smooth;(4)The development of the grade E high strength ship plate steel components,reasonable process,product CTOD test,welding performance test and NDT test results are good,time passed nine Veritas certification,the maximum thickness of certified products reached 80 mm,delivery status is divided into N and TMCP;(5)For mass production EH32,EH36,EH40 high strength ship plate steel composition and process were optimized.With nine classification certificate issued,E grade high strength ship plate steel has a total production of 50000 tons,the product quality is good,to meet the needs of users.
