Urban sewage treatment plants are important technical measures and comprehensive treatment methods for collecting and processing urban sewage,maintaining ecological balance,and also an important technical quality guarantee for promoting the construction of ecologically civilized cities.Through the analysis and scientific research of the wastewater treatment efficiency indicators and the main factors affecting it,it is of great significance to improve the operation and control of the wastewater treatment plant and improve the wastewater treatment efficiency.It provides a theoretical basis for the upgrading and transformation of the wastewater treatment plant,and gives full play to the wastewater treatment plant's effect.A sewage treatment plant was built in 2009,and it is designed to treat 15,000 tons of water per day.The sewage treatment process adopts A2/O process.The sewage passes through the anaerobic tank,anoxic tank and aerobic tank in turn to achieve the removal of organic matter.After passing through the V-type filter and disinfection tank,the reclaimed water is discharged,and the discharged sewage reaches the first-level A standard.After many years of operation,with the changes in water intake and water quality.Individual indicators of effluent cannot meet the requirements.In this paper,through the measurement and analysis of the annual operating data of a sewage treatment plant from January 1 to December 31,2018,the effluent quality and pollutant removal efficiency of the sewage treatment plant change throughout the year.Through the SPSS software,the correlation analysis of the influencing factors and the pollutant removal rate is done,and the main factors affecting the removal effect of the pollutants in the sewage treatment plant are obtained.At the same time,in view of the low pollutant removal rate of the sewage treatment plant,a control strategy is proposed in combination with relevant influencing factors.The relevant conclusions are as follows:(1)A sewage treatment plant's sewage effluent compliance rate is close to 100% throughout the year,Among them,COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand),BOD(Biochemical Oxygen Demand)and SS(Suspended Matter)discharge compliance rate for the whole year is 100%.The annual emission compliance rate of ammonia nitrogen was 97.53%,the annual emission compliance rate of TN(Total nitrogen)was 99.17%,and the annual emission compliance rate of TP(Total phosphorus)was 91.78%.Analyzing the removal efficiency of various pollutants,it was found that the removal rate of pollutants BOD and SS reached more than 95%,the removal rate of pollutants COD and ammonia nitrogen was higher than 90%,and the removal rate of pollutants TP and TN was low,about 80%.(2)The change trend of influent water volume,influent COD,TN,TP and SS concentration is roughly the same throughout the year,which is obviously affected by rainfall and residents' activities.The changes in influent BOD concentration,sludge concentration and p H tended to be stable throughout the year.The change of ammonia nitrogen concentration in influent water has changed in stages throughout the year,and the change trend is affected by the law of pollutant discharge by pollutant companies.(3)The removal rate of COD,BOD and SS in sewage treatment plants has a similar trend throughout the year.The removal rate gradually increased from January to April,and there was a slight decrease in February.The removal rate gradually decreased from April to October,and the removal rate increased slightly from October to December.Both TN and ammonia nitrogen removal rates have undergone stage changes.The annual removal rate of TP is low and fluctuates greatly,which cannot maintain a stable treatment efficiency.(4)Analysis of the correlation between each factor and removal rate through SPSS,It was found that the correlation coefficient between COD removal rate and influent COD concentration r=0.424,and the correlation coefficient between influent BOD concentration r=0.418;The correlation coefficient between BOD removal rate and influent COD concentration r=0.489,the correlation coefficient between influent ammonia nitrogen concentration r=0.439,and the correlation coefficient between influent TN concentration r=0.414,and the correlation coefficient between sludge concentration r=0.412;The correlation coefficient between ammonia nitrogen removal rate and dissolved oxygen concentration r=0.512;The correlation coefficient of TP removal rate and temperature r=0.438,and the correlation coefficient of sludge concentration r=-0.459;The correlation coefficient between TN removal rate and dissolved oxygen r=0.349,the correlation coefficient between influent water r=-0.256,and the correlation coefficient between influent COD concentration r=0.158;There is a certain correlation between the SS removal rate and various influencing factors.
