Perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA)is widely used in industrial production and daily life due to its unique physicochemical properties.PFOA is widely used in industrial production and daily life because of its unique physicochemical properties.Currently,research on PFOA in waste treatment systems only focuses on the removal of PFOA in the landfill leachate treatment process,but does not explore the factors that affect the concentration change.There are even less reports of the removal effect of PFOA and its influencing factors in waste incineration treatment systems.With the widespread use of waste incineration treatment methods,research on PFOA in the waste incineration system is urgently needed.Fengsheng Waste Incineration Plant was selected as the object,and its PFOA in the waste incineration system was studied.First,the pretreatment conditions for PFOA in leachate and concentrated sludge were optimized.On this basis,using high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry analysis and detection method,the concentration of PFOA in the influent water of leachate treatment process in different seasons was measured,and the removal effect and influencing factors were studied.At the same time,combined with the concentration of PFOA in the concentrate and the concentrated sludge,the PFOA environmental pollution in the waste incineration system and the landfill system is analyzed to obtain the waste treatment method with the lowest PFOA contamination risk.The main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)The solid phase extraction of PFOA in landfill leachate is optimized under the following conditions: Centrifugation parameter 14000 rpm,15 min,solid phase extraction column WAX,leachate water sample pH 5,eluent 0.1% ammonia methanol solution,removal The liquid-colored ENVI-Carb powder was 40 mg.The recovery of PFOA in leachate was 85.3%~103.4%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 10%.The optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction of PFOA in concentrated sludge were ultrasonic time 15 min and ultrasonic frequency 3 times;the recovery rate of PFOA in concentrated sludge was 94.7%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 10%.(2)The effect of UASB reactor on the removal of PFOA was influenced by seasons.The removal rate was between-57.8% and 37.3%.pH and temperature were the main factors.The removal efficiency of aerobic ponds on PFOA was affected by seasons,and the removal rate was between-152.5% and 14.9%.PH?pool temperature and DO were the main influencing factors,and the degradation of PFOA precursors was mainly carried out under aerobic conditions.The removal efficiency of UF system for PFOA is basically not affected by the season,and its PFOA removal rate is between 25.2% and 36.7%,and pH and membrane pressure are the main influencing factors.The removal effect of DTO system on PFOA is basically not affected by seasons,and the removal rate of PFOA is between 60.5% and 97.0%.Temperature,pH,and operating pressure are the main influencing factors.(3)The DTRO system has a good removal effect on PFOA in the leachate;incineration is a waste disposal method that effectively removes PFOA.
