The storage safety of crops has always been the focus of people's attention.During storage,higher humidity will create favorable conditions for crops to cause pests,molds and sprouting.For safe storage,the crop needs to be dried.The drying process is a complex heat and mass transfer process,there are many factors that affect the drying effect,and the crop drying cycle is long,the cost is high,and the repeatability is poor.Therefore,scientific calculation and analysis of the drying process Seems important.Taking the peanut drying process as the research object,this paper established a model of moisture and heat transfer in the peanut drying process.Based on the UDF function of FLUENT,a corresponding custom program was written to simulate and calculate the peanut drying process in the small convection dryer.The experiment verified that the influence of different drying conditions on the drying results was studied.The main work is as follows:(1)By analyzing the combination of water and quantity in the process of flower drying,we performed the dry condition parameters and based on a constant quantity,quantity,and energy basis kept,a rational change and predictive mathematical model.It was constructed.The physical model of the dryer is complete.(2)Since the FLUENT software does not have the function of solving humidity,this article based on the UDF function of FLUENT,using C language to write a custom program for the calculation of humidity source items and energy source items,to achieve the simulation of the peanut drying process in the small convection dryer Calculation.(3)Quantitative method,calculation and sum analysis,drying speed,amount of air,humidity,humidity,sum of drying time,effect of drying,effect of drying and effect of different drying conditions,effect of drying.Studies have shown that larger drying air volume,temperature,longer drying time and lower drying air humidity are beneficial to the reduction of peanut humidity,but they have different degrees of influence on the drying results,of which the most important is the drying air temperature.(4)We conducted an experimental study on the drying of peanuts,analyzed the experimental results and compared them with the simulation results.The results show that the peanut drying simulation results are basically in agreement with the experimental results.This proves the accuracy of the mathematical model and UDF program.(5)Based on the simulation analysis of the drying process,the dryer structure is optimized and the optimization effects are compared.
